Considering, the years of a missing foreign policy, performance and deflecting the blame, in the Middle East with O'Bummer, this should not come as a huge news item ..............

As I understand it, Iraq (combined) is pumping around 4 million barrels a day, putting around 3 million on the market and retaining the remainder for domestic use. This loan from $800m from the IMF represents 5 maybe 6 days of oil revenue ? I am wondering the same thing as WheresmyRV ? . Something doesn't seem to add up right or am I missing something ? Or is this loan with the IMF the opening for Iraq to go international ?

Now, we have the World Bank and the IMF deeming Iraq to be Internationally Credit worthy, more great news. We must be close to the Iraqi Currency being traded on the International market, thus an increase in the Exchange Rate ....

A suggestion for the Governor ; How about reforming the exchange rate of your currency ?? Just sayin' ....................

I see two items in this article ; # 1: if Iraq is "negotiating" Citibank and Deutsche Bank to issue $25B in bonds to the market, Iraq has been determined to be internationally "credit worthy". to honor the repayment of these bonds. Plus the IMF is "considering" an emergency "bridge loan" ?. There must be some activity behind the big curtain. Now, they need "hit the button" to have the exchange rate of their currency be internationally recognized. # 2 : If Iraq is going to the international banking community to borrow/cover a budget shortage, someone needs to start the process to "claw back" the reported $400B that Maliki stole. Just sayin' ..... IMHO only ..................

Hopefully they will determine a "strategic framework" on the exchange rate of the dinar. IMHO; Obummer and Oh No Not Joe are greedy enough to make the RV happen. My personal finances could use some "coordinated agreement" ..........................

Maybe the "whales" are in town to take advantage of the pre- RV special, before to the rest of us "minnows" ? GO RV ...................

Question ; The indicated December 1st date is to approve the boiled down version of the 2014 budget ? Or approve the combination of the remnants of the 2014 budget and the new 2015 budget ?
