This was necessary. Iraq only performs under duress. I believe Saleh had a talk with POTUS at the general assembly. The US is awful quiet ....there is a reason.

They can do whatever they want .( IMF, Basil, etc.) They hold the keys to the kingdom. They make , break or bend rules as they see fit. Iraq is obviously a pet project of theirs or they would not of put up with the crap they all ready have. Toss logic and such out the window. They are going to put Iraq on financial center stage . To go along with that 3600 ft new tower building in Basra..

Been in this since the beginning. Walked out of the sand with dinar.
We've had every snake oiled mystic that ever wore a pointed hat make their predictions about the when, if and how much of this investment.
In spite of that , this investment is sound. Politics has its hand on the throttle and the brakes so we just ride ......
Hang in there .....its coming. Not by guru prediction , but by necessity.
My advice is to drink heavily and chill.
