IMO, this protects the us interests in the area. It gives them options. The isx and ESX are still going on the Nasdaq, business is still happening. If USA needs to step back in, train additional troops, use iraq as a staging area, or help out until iraq can be self sufficient etc. I would think all this would be easier to accomplish with 13303 in place. The real question in my mind is 1 will the isx and ESX be listed on the Nasdaq at the controlled rate? 2 will they need a credit rating to list. The doors are about to open. If they were saying Nasdaq entry was delayed I would be more concerned but that isn't the case. Ideas? Any traders here?

For some if you good researchers I have a couple questions. 1 if the ISX is not delayed and goes live on the NASDAQ next month, do they need to have a credit rating to do that? Also. From my research the beneficiary banking system if you must add-on the bank and info even when approved doesn't function. If you set it up with one of the banks they already gave on their list it might work ie. citi bank. I have nit confirmed this personally though. Until they gave the money givens to the from their court victory , they are having major liquidity issues. Last year I was bake to purchase around 1000 a month into the isx via warka. Thus year nada. If u can get your money into the isx through warka, then u can have it transferred into another brokerages care. I'm in the mindset as Goldie. The wait at least for warka's part.. Continues

Professionals huh, try the whole teams devoted to business in iraq in various country's getting into every avenue of reconstruction and development. When the isx and ESX get money incoming from the world market, I'll be setup to make money, it'll be in iqd too. I'll have no problem getting it out. I just sell the stock and have the brokerage wire the money anywhere in the world I like. 16.5 % isx profit last year. My investment is small potato's, there is investors making way more than me.
