Folks, this is a dinar discussion forum. Rich has an extensive background including serving in Iraq. While not everyone will agree with him, he deserves to be at least listened to. He is not determined to hijack a forum, but asks legit questions that still are unanswered that I can see. I too hope this works out for us all, but the worst thing we can do is be naive or oblivious to the information at hand. Much respect Easy, I have always liked reading your positive posts. I just don't think we should ignore someone that has come to a different place in this investment especially when they are respected in the dinar community. I do know about the new basil III requirements, but they essentially have no bearing on this investment as to which direction it will go.

Google Kony 2012. You can pull it up on youtube also. You will be glad you did. I would not do it justice by trying to explain. -
As some have seen, this is running wild on Facebook. I honestly didn't know Kony and he is considered the most dangerous in the world. Take a minute to view, you will be glad you did.

I'm not a Lopster, BUT what Kap is using here as proof of "no lop" is proving exactly the opposite of his intentions. 1000:1 is a LOP. He's dead wrong.

This must be a typo right? DEC 2012?

new currency
Duckhead replied to ronnie s's topic in Opinions, Perspectives, and Your Two Cents on the Iraqi Dinar
Folks this is saying that an Iraqi citizen will exchange their old currency for the new with a 1:1000 ratio. This has nothing to do with USD. They are saying that if you have a 25000 note (1000 in ratio) you will exchange it for a 25 (1 in ratio) we would much prefer this ratio to have been said to be 1:1. That exchange would indicate that for every dinar you own now, you will receive that exact number of dinar post exchange in smaller denoms. In a 1:1, 25000 dinar note would be exchanged for 1000 25 notes. My personal feeling is that what they do in country prior to entering article 8 is different than what happens to international dinar holdings once they do. -
Old article, but good read....from another site

There are two currencies to trade at the same time go hand in hand), but (that the purchasing power of the new currency will remain fixed)." To me, this is telling. If they were to LOP, the old currencies purchasing power would also remain fixed. -
Imagine what the media would do with a call for a "white Americans for Romney" campaign! This guy sickens me and embarrasses this country. Plus his only tie to the African American community was his sperm donor father. And to all you people that will bash me for this, remember, your president just played the race card, not me. Wake up people! How have the promises he made back in 08 worked out for ya? He hasn't done $h@% for me.

An article came out last week changing the name from conference to meeting.
