Well I don`t know but this looks to me like it should be in the "Opinions" section. I've been following this for a few years and can't recall a CBi announcement from two years ago saying January 2015. Or even 2015 for that matter.
That being said, I live in Washington state so my memory is shot since we legalized pot. I am currently enrolled in a Guru GED and with any luck will graduate with a Masters.
I approve and endorse RVWITHME's post. This has been a public service announcement.

TNT Tony`s rent and defense bills must be due.

Thanks Thug! One thing about Bondlady, you don`t have to agree with her analysis but you have to respect that she lays it out on how she got to her conclusions.

Thanks for the article got a. Skeet I couldn't agree more. As I recall in previous budgets they set their expected price or barrel much lower than the price at that time to hedge against fluctuations. Additionally, an Erbil agreement and implementation would encourage stability.

Are you a Mike Meyers fan? That almost sounds like a line from his movie, So I Married an Axe Murderer - just sayin'
You nailed it. I couldn't remember it verbatim so paraphrased it.

And don't forget. The Queen, the Getty's, the Rothchilds and Colonel Sanders met in a field in Colorado known as The Meadows and ate The Colonel's original recipe chicken that contains a secret drug that makes you want to crave it.

Hi Adam. This question is for entertainment purposes only and please do not waste valuable time or chat questions to address it unless you want a laugh. I know you have no control over the ads on the site but I need your help. Should I take "Russian Women For Seniors", ""Single Russian Women" or "Muslim Women Only"?? LOL! Thanks for all you and the mods and posters do.

Great. He doesn't mind getting help or advice. He makes his own decisions. He may just be genuine. He sounds like it.
For his own safety he needed to purge the army and he needs new recruits who share a vision for Iraq as prosperous
and not war torn.
I hope you are right. Anymore it is difficult to say who may be a savior and who may be a villain. Look at the U.S. in the last six years. That being said, he can't be any worse than Maliki I guess.

Dang. When I saw the title of the article I was hoping old Uncle Joe had found himself a new gig in a different country. But sadly, we apparently retain him for his comedic value in the administration.

Putin must have missed the news on who is PM now. $5 says he offers Maliki the position of Prime Minister in the Ukraine.

Sweet. Thank you. I like this. What a concept. Improve the economic and educational growth. What does that lead to typically? Economic growth, prosperity, and stability. I hope they follow the recommendations.

Me too, any man that stood like he did against the odds of never having his own freedom, is a bad @ss. A man that stood against the cabal
who expected him to be the one to fall, is my hero. I have nothing but utmost respect for Col North. Many others would have fallen in that
situation. He stood in battle and tore the political realm a new one.
I meant to give you an up vote and my dang fat thumb hit the "report" button I'm afraid. If it did I apologize. I should never try to post from a mobile device.

Lt. Colonel Oliver North (Retired), with highly placed Iraq intel source becomes the new Guru.
Quote: "North emphasized he had not yet confirmed that information with a second source."
Sounds like Mtn. Goat, Tlar, TNT Tony, Okie, Frank26, TerryK, and all the rest. Welcome aboard!
Billio0
Lol! I do have to say that I respect Col North though and he actually likely has at least one true source.

The Obama administration knew of the ISIS threat a long time ago but as usual sat on their hands.

Sounds like the natives are getting restless. Thanks for the find.

I can't even put into words how revolting this is. God Bless free societies.

I hope you are all correct and this is great news. I don't mean to be a Debbie Downer but this also appears to be an "opinion" by Saleh. It doesn't mean it is policy or actual economic/banking financial plans that I see. Hope it is, but I've become so jaded by statements I'm just cynical.

I wonder what the exchange rate will be between our Iraqi Dinar and the new Kurdish money?

The Keywords here are Article VIII. These banks can do nothing with our Dinar without that designation, except send it back to the CBI at face value at this time. The mere fact that Iraq is one of the richest countries in the world with the least amount of debt is a huge plus. The fact that after 21 years, Iraq no longer needs the protection of funds abroad, amounting between 70 to 170 Billion USD. All this means nothing until they move into article VIII. Yes, there are countries that are member of the WTO who are still under article XIV, but they have limitations on trade, and do not have the potential that Iraq has. They must convert to an article VIII currency to enable trade. Iraq is all about building their infrastructure. They would profit more in the process by having an internationally recognizably traded currency. They would profit even more by increasing their buying power. WE all know what that means. Let the FREE MARKET REIGN!
I like the way you think. Especially the concept of low debt. Interestingly, I hope the U.S. recognizes this before we have to hit rock bottom like Iraq before we figure it out.
