It really is the truth, if you de-stress yourself it's a proven fact that you can lower your blood pressure. Try some good aroma therapy candles and stuff ( I like Bath & Body myself), oh and they also say a fish tank or pet is good for lowering blood pressure ( I don't believe this both my cat and dog send mine thru the roof).
