  1. There's another place out of Florida Dinar Liquidator that allows pickups as well
  2. Sorry to hear that. Do you happen to know if this is the same company as SecondRotationCollectibles? I see their banner and they beat everyone elses pricing by hundreds of dollars, was thinking about ordering but after hearing your experience I'm a bit hesitant. SOrry to hear you had such a bad experience. I've dealt with dealorbuydinar in the past, super friendly but a little pricier than others.
  3. Just a couple things to throw out there about this article. First off we should al know by now any idiot can post online about teh Dinar like they are an expert which is why we have so much misinformation out there in the first place, one person says something like the Treasury supplies the DInar and all the sudden its being parrotedon blogs and forums like its true when thats total rubbish. Secondly this site you got the article from is a .wordpress site meaning whomever wrote it doesn't even value their website enough to spend 99 cents on a custom domain name. He also states in the article that some of you don't agree with my opinion and follows up a few times by saying its his opinion. He also says at the end ofthe article that he thinks the CBI all along planned to scam poor Americans lol. Seriously Iraq was a country which just overthrew it's dictator, they needed to come out with a new currency and the US and coalition and De La Rue company had more to do with issuing their new currency than Iraq itself as they really had no political system at that point. Its people in the US who realized they could package this unique situation as a money maker and market it that way. If you buy into that guys theory than Vietnam, Zimbabwe, Indonesia, China all did the same thing. Clearly what has happenned is the gurus have basically found every worthless currency paired them up and basically said if this goes up even a little you could get rich. The same could be said of penny stocks, you can get 10,000 shares of this for $10, if it goes up a little you get rich. Yeah that may be true but the fact is 99.9% of those penny stocks never will go up just like the currency
  4. There has been no rv so how are bank employees mad they've been lied to about an rv happening?
  5. Ebay isn't anonymous, you have to enter your name, address, tax id number, etc. Also try setting up a fake ebay account and see how long it takes for them to shut it down, I doubt you'll be able to sell more than 1 item, they also hold funds so that people can't setup fake accounts sell a high dollar amount item and run. I remember a member or two on here getting played when trying to buy Dinar. I also recently saw on a facebook group some girl who's scammed 4 or 6 people got scammed by some girl. I guess ideally is doing a local meetup cash for cash but geographically speaking not always easy. I would check to see if I had a XOA or dinartrade office near me but I imagine they paying like $600
  6. Confused by what you mean 50k note available as there is no such thing as a 50k iqd note. That said I'm guessing maybe you mean increments and not denominations. Many dealers don't sell anything smaller than a quarter million not that crazy. As far as smaller denoiminations all dealers as well as ebay and amazon all charge quite a bit more for smaller denoms. I picked up some 500 notes from dealorbuydinar.com a little while back for $1100 a million which is pretty darn low if you look at other dealers prices on those. By far best price on small stuff is some of the ebay sellers in Jordan however sometimes those packages don't arrive in good condition so kind of hesitant to order there. I remember a few years back getting quoted 7k for a mill in 50 notes so though sterling is very high its not as bad as you think most dealers are that high for small notes like that. I thought we were all in agreement denoms didn't matter so not sure why anyone would pay a big premium for small stuff these days.
  7. A fool and his money are easily parted, if someone is stupid enough to continue listening to someone after time and time again getting bad info thats their own fault. I kinda agree with DinarRecraps, if you don't like their stuff don't visit their site its really that simple
  8. I know lately ther'es been a big focus in the buy sell section about differing prices when selling off as to whether your notes are in sequential serial number order. Many dealers don't consider your notes to be uncirculated just because they are in new condition but also require they be in sequential order serial numbers. What my question is is when we buy Dinar from a dealer are they providing us Dinar in sequential order? I checked mine from a few dealers against hte arabic conversion charts and 2 million is in order the third is not and I bought it as uncirculated Dinar. Just for example if I went back to this same dealer to sell are they now going to lowball me on price because its not sequential when they sold me "uncirculated" dinar which was not sequential in the first place? I should add I have kept them allin hte same order havn't shuffled them or laid them on the floor and rolled around naked in them or anything like that so its not as if I got them out of order.
  9. Your package to cashordinars or sterling or whomever could be lost by Fedex. Alot of stuff can happen, you'll drive yourself crazy dwelling on whatifs all the time. I get your point though if there's not a significan't different in price to get rid of it a pretty safe way vs having to deal with 10 diff ebay buyers I'd do the same thing
  10. Alot of Dinar is transacted on ebay without many problems, you could say the same thing could happen with any item on ebay the buyer claiming not as described. Though there are some bad apples on ebay who try to game the system and use ebays buyer favortism to their advantage for the most part most people on ebay are decent people. Also if you send with tracking you should be in the clear.
  11. If they are uncirculated and sequential you should be able to get $850 from cashfordinars which is about as much as anyone on here is willing to pay typically. I think if they are uncirculated but nonsequential or your missing documentation should be able to get at least 800 from what someone was saying.
  12. When people talk about pumpers they typically are talking about the Gurus ie TNT Tony, Mountgoat and all the other guys with crazy names. These people most definately do have something to gain otherwise why would they spend the time, money and effort to host websites, calls, put together content for these things, etc. They are either getting kickbacks from dealers or making money off affiliate advertising or amazon or ebay affiliate programs, etc. A pumper in general though really is just anyone optimistic about teh Dinar. This forum is full of pumpers although in the past months and even years it seems to mood and tone around here has grown more pessimistic than optimistic. Honstly though people like us are the biggest pumpers pumping the Dinar up to friends, relatives coworkers, etc. I see people on here and other forums saying things online only to be proven incorect with facts and they still want to believe their own theory or hope they are right because they want to dream about being rich. The pumpers I would be suspicious of would be the ones who are loyal to one Dinar dealer ie Tony with Sterling. We all probably have heard at one point tony slipped up and said he worked for sterling, whether thats true or whether he misspoke as he said I don't know but the pumpers who advertise for only one dealer I would be suspicious of. Reason being if I'm DinarTrade just for example I'm not going to pay someone to pump up the Dinar generically because though that may benefit me it may also benefit the other 20 dinar dealers out there, however if I'm paying one guru to recommend or run ads for me and noone else than at least I know any inspired to buy Dinar by such and such guru is going to come to my site most likley.
  13. Are these the 25, 50 and 100 denominatin coins or different coins? These coins have been out for a while as I've been seeing them on Amazon and Ebay for months. Or are these new coins even smaller denoms? http://www.ebay.com/itm/IRAQI-IRAQ-NEW-25-DINAR-UNCIRCULATED-COIN-MINTED-IN-2003-/141456489221?pt=US_World_Coins&hash=item20ef76bb05 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Newly-Issued-Iraqi-Dinar-Coin-Set-3-Coins-1-25-1-50-1-100-Treasury-Reg-x-/231374736433?pt=US_World_Coins&hash=item35df024c31
  14. The only logical reason I can see someone to prefer one note over another is if someone believes rv will come out really high and maybe you could cash in a 1,000 notes without it being reported where as a 25,000 note would be reported due to teh amount a bank or whomever would be required to report it. Obviously its not smart to cheat taxes but I know some people on here have talked about that and thats really the only logical reason to prefer a certain note ie smaller notes. Yeah I guess if you sell to a dealer or private party you can maybe get a small premium for it being small notes but at the same time you most likely paid a premium when buying them so your not really any better off.
  15. Until Iraq exits sanctions, ie how they got downgraded from Chapter 7 to Chatper 6, until they completely exit sanctions and join the IMF there will not be a revalue and thats not really disputable. As far as an rv or overnight explosion in value personally I feel it would be a gradual increase not an overnight pop and nowhere near the levels many people are talking but if those conditions are met I would see it comming up in value.
  16. Just reread your post. What kind of customer service is we only reply via email. That pisses me off about most companies these days, not just Dinar but any business or service. They are responsive when they are trying to get your business and as soon as they have it oh we dont answer phones. Well you sure were eager to talk on the phone when tryng to acquire my business. I really have no idea but having bought and spoken with dealorbuydinar on numerous occasions I get the feeling they are a fairly small operation maybe 2 to 3 people. Dont get me wrong great company amd seemingly does a lot of business but no numerous departments. I forget the womens name, very friendly and nice, but she is like the finance dept customer service dept compliance etc. I have a hard time eblieving any of these outfits have dozens of employees and multiple departments. I know deaoorbuy isnt the company your talking about but im just saying.
  17. You are talking like you know exactly how things will go down when the truth is nobody knows. YOu are also wrong that the Treasury is going to sit onthe Billion of DInars floating around in the US. Banks will buy them in and eventually they will be sent to the Central Bank of whatever given country they are from. Thats how banks deal with FX currently and DInar will be no differnet so much of hte stuff your saying is either pure speculation and much of it is actually incorrect in terms of how banks handle foreign currency currently, the Dinar will be no differnet. Totally agree, premium prices for uncirculated DInar as well as lower denom Dinar is strictly with dealers, a bank will care less. Same way a bank is going to credit your account with $100 whether you deposit a $100 or 100 singles, Dinar will be the same
  18. I'd recommend checking out either www.DealOrBuyDinar.Com or www.BuyIraqiDInarHere.Com. Have a number of friends and colleagues who have dealt with both on a number of occasions and had excellent experiences. DealOrBuyDinar.Com actually let a coworker of mine who was concerned about sending Dinar to someone they didn't know, they actually let him come by their office and drop off DInar and pickup payment in person. BuyIraqiDinarHere.Com is also a company I knwo a few people who have sold to. No confusing checklists or terms. I believe they prefer the notes to be sequential but my buddies were not and they still paid him the $800 they had agreed upon though they did point out the error to him. Paid him by Paypal so he had money same day they received it. Havn't checked eithers prices in a while but last I heard it was a straightforward $800 for uncirculated and $750 for circulated and would buy from anyone regardless of whom they bought from. I know there's a handful of Travelex stores buying Dinar if you have one in your area but buyin price is going to be more like $630, however if the peace of mind of doing it in person is worth that to you mabe something to checkout. Also obviously if any of you have ebay accounts you can probably get close to $950 which is better than any dealer, bank, or anyone on here will give you.
  19. Thanks for the info guys. I think many people are mis-informed on trusts as everyone here seems to be in agreement it doesn't save you money on taxes. That is the big seller this guy is trying to give me. I knew it was good for asset protection but this guys talking about how he's going to keep all his money in his trust and only pull out a little bit to save on taxes so apparently he doesn't really understaand what he's setup.
  20. I was never involved with the Warka people used to talk about so not sure what that was but how does ISX differ from Warka or are they the same thing ISX just a new name? Also when you saying going live can you trade ISX stocks through like scottrade and typical brockerage or etrade or do you have to setup a special ISX account?
  21. I was wondering if someone could explian what the ISX is? From people talking I get the impression it's the stock market but I thought that was the Warka that I have heard people talking about. Curious what the ISX is and whats going on iwth it now that everyone seems to be talking about
  22. I have made some posts in the past about Bitcoin. I was just curious if we have any recent adopters of Bitcoin on here or if anyone has recently gotten into due to the low prices. A couple weeks back we saw Bitcoin dip into the $250 range which is the lowest it's been in quite a while. Currently its sitting at about $350. Personally I think anything under $300 is a pretty good price. Bitcoin prices have seem to have stabalized a bit though there is still quite a bit of up and down. Overall though I been buying on dips and flipping coins for a quick $80 or $100 almost like day trading stocks. I also am loading up my position for the longterm as well as I think we'll get back to the $600 range if not higher soon enough. I had someone on anther forum comment that they recently got invovled with Bitcoins and they felt the entry into Bitcoin was more than the average person was willing to go through to get setup. This guy was out of the US so had to use a Bitlocal service and meetup with someone and get themselves setup and going which I can see how that would be a tough barrier to entry. THat said in the US if you setup with Coinbase they make it pretty simple and painless no different than setting up a Paypal account or something like that and can buy coins with your bank account they may have even added credit card as an option. Just makes it safer and easier for a beginner than having to meetup with some guy from craigslist or bitlocal and doing a transaction at a coffee shop where you dont really have a clue what your doing your first time. ANyhow, just curiuos if anyone has recently gotten into btc or thought about it
  23. A coworker of mine has been trying to convince me to setup a trust with his wife who happens to provide this service. Basically it's going to cost $4,000 but he says do it now because after the RV it's going to cost $10,000. FIrst off I was wondering if any of you have trusts setup? Secondly how much did it cost as $4,000 seems pretty high for filling out some paperwork. I imagine the filling fee is a few hundred bucks and her fee is the thousands on top of that. Also what are the benefits of a trust? I'm not going to do it. I don't need a trust now and IF there were to be an RV who really cares about paying an extra $5,000 or $6,000 at that point. I'd rather pay a bit more later than shellout thousands now for something I don't need at this time. Anyhow, just curious if anyone can share experience or comment on trusts in general. Thanks.
