Thank him for what? His contact from cbi bank knows absolutely nothing. Everything he tells him, never pans out. His so called contact does not exist. I found a better place to go to, where the people are fantastic, no ego from mods, no banning for absolutely nothing. And last but not least, no haveing to pay for a vip chat, so you will know more then the non vip members. He has no contact people, wake up and smell the coffee. Very good post. I heard this news yesterday too. I could be wrong but it looks to me like the rate may just be 1.17 Also, if this announcement was made, I don't think we have much longer to wait for rv, or as they call it rebase
