Great question Umbertino! Thank you for asking it again. And part 2 of the question for Randalln, is this the same friend who is telling you there is going to be a rate change in 10 days? Another question, is your friend alleging that this one particular merchant (the one who cashed out your friend) jumped the gun and cashed him out at 1:1 because he was assuming the rate would be higher? And if so, how do you reconcile that with your assertion, in this thread, that the rate will be disappointing? Randalln, I've always tried to give you the benefit of the doubt, but when you present conflicting intel, it's difficult to do. Which one is it? Is the rate disappointing (according to your sources on the Bat phone), or is the rate so great that a handful of merchants, or at least one merchant, is willing to cash people out early? Good point...
