USD is the currency of choice in Iraq. Our friends in DC pumped too much of our currency into the Iraqi economy. What bothers me most is that Iraq is trading with our currency. It's likely that Iran and Syria have an ample supply of our cash due to trade with Iraq. That isn't not good.

I agree with you Umbertino. I hope you are well. We are predisposed to our sexual preference. We have no choice. The young men in the scouts are not sexual predators if they happen to be ***. Some parents need to get over it and accept ALL of our children as they are.

Teach your son about appropriate behavior and his choices. Being molested by an Eagle Scout is less likely than me being raped by the Pope.

Get a job and work your ass off. It's so much more rewarding than waiting for the possibility of a questionable investment to come to fruition.

Take a look at the Catholic church. The high priests are our worst offenders in the molestation of boys and young men. Let's not forget the truth! I was a scout Mom. My son was involved in scouts for many years. I was the treasurer of my son's pack and hosted pine wood derby events at my house. The sexuality of our children was never in question. Some of our young people grow up and discover that that they are g ay. I have no problem with that. I think that our children should live their lives openly. Being *** is not a choice nor is heterosexuality. Our genetic makeup determines our preference. I wouldn't be surprised. Maliki appears to be a dictator in the making, similar to Saddam. I don't know if your article is factual K98. In the interim, I think that Maliki has done more harm than good for the Iraqi Nation. Iraq is going no where fast. The GOI is to blame.

Really, are you new here or a reinvented member that gets banned from this site. BL has been posting for years on various forums. Read her/his stuff, as I have. She or he has an agenda. I wouldn't cast my faith regarding this investment on said members posts.

Adam claims that IQD floats, maybe within the CBI though I have seen no evidence of that. IQD was not traded during the Saddam era, nor is it today. Why? It would appear to me that Iraq should have a viable economy based on oil exports and sought after minerals. Mainly purported gold reserves. I don't know what to think. My gut tells me that Iraq is once again a dictatorship held by Maliki, today. I want the best for the Iraqi's. Clearly, the GOI isn't on the same page.

I wouldn't find the articles to be of a significant importance to those that invest in IQD. That's my opinion. Read and learn, that's my best advice to all that invest in paper. Currency speculation isn't always pretty.

The GOI has had plenty of opportunity to turn their economy around with a positive outcome for their people. The assets are there. Apparently, the GOI isn't too concerned about their status in the global markets as their currency isn't traded.
