I read a post on another site earlier today that stated the RV was held up due to this... uh, ok, the whole RV is being held up for the new edition of Turbo Tax???? I don't think so. I might buy it's being held up by one of our Govt. entities since we are the occupiers of Iraq, but Turbo Tax? Give me a break!!!!!!!

Horse meat is accepted in most countries regular diets, but it is not sold for consumption in the U.S. Most horse slaughter plants produce dog food or glue. Very few of these slaughter plants are producing meat for human consumption which is then shipped to Canada and overseas. I grew up on a working cattle and horse ranch and have an animal science degree. Slaughtering of animals is never a pleasant though, but it is a necessity. I have raised many steers, barrows, and weathers while growing up and showed them as 4-H and FFA projects. All the while knowing that they were going to show up on someone's dinner table. It's life... get over yourselves. I do not think I will ever eat horse meat, but there is a need for the slaughter of horses for various reasons. People must get over the stigma. I'm sure Hindus think we are barbaric for eating cattle meat. It's all perception.
