They want the Dinar value to be close to the Dollar, so.. when they vote on pulling the 3 zeros and it passes, that 25,000 Dinar note will be worth USD $25-ish, There is no RV, unless you can get 1000 new 25 dinar bills for an old 25,000 note, and that's just plain silly..
