I think ,,,although it looks good in front of the cameras and it all sounds nice , friendly and agreeable... behind closed doors the American team turned the tumble screws and the iraqi team returned in a sweat and fuming that they didn't get to manipulate any more deal. Basically, they were told quite bluntly comply, do as you are told or we can put sanctions on you as well.

Iraq's version of Normal is almost certainly different to ours or other countries. Remember compared to the western world.. Iraq is still in the dark ages. Despite all their talk about improving the live of the citizens... it means nothing until they act on it. Nobody knows for certain when this will be.

The citizens will never use the dinar unless it is equal to or more than the dollar so the government needs to take steps to further improve the exchange rate. Telling them the dinar is stronger , when clearly @ the minute it is not is only benefitting the dealers.

They worked too hard in parliament this week when they passed ?9 laws in thirty mins. They now have gone into shock because of it and need to rest. 😆

IMHO... The American team basically laid it on the table and told them... get these issues sorted or we will withdraw the dollar further. BUT, both parties had to keep a front for the cameras. Iraq either needs to pull their finger out on all issues or they will loose support and they will go back to the dark ages very quickly. I also think time limits have been set for everything. All the countries and 3 letter agencies supporting them have had enough
