Somebody has gone thru and double negged every one of Maggie's posts, apparently because she disagrees with the Obama lovers. I hope I get some help setting it right Everyone has a right to their opinion, and if their post is not offensive with language or ridicule, they should not be negged. JMHO.

I wouldn't care what you'd meant when you said the N word. The speaker used it, and it fits to describe him. Ns are all over the place, and most of them don't have black skin color. Um...the Reverend used the N word, and that is why DinarMillionaire used the N word in the post. It is always useful to know what you are talking about before you post a comment based on the one tree you pick out and miss the whole forest. And calling someone an ass for doing it is so much better. And so one saying good ------- without spelling it out is and then commenting about evil people in the next paragraph? Go look in the mirror. When the messenger gets shot it will be for good reason. Narrowminded people like you who are so easily irritated shouldn't open threads and read threads with titles like "All whites are going to hell." You could easily filter your own material instead of acting like you opened the public bathroom door and encountered 2 people engaged in some revolting activity.

I completely agree. I have been thru the gamut of mainstream Western Christianity and studied the history of the Church (all of it, not just my tiny corner) and am amazed of the arrogance of the average undereducated North American Christian, thinking that we'll be spared any suffering before the tribulation and the rapture. Most Christians really know almost nothing of the history of the Church after the NT ends. If they did, they'd be shaking in their boots, and on their knees a heck of a lot more often.

If Obama gets re-elected you'd better stock up on K-Y and forget the TP.

All I've got to say is that I really wanted a chance to play around with some real money before Jesus comes back. At this point, I am equally expectant of either.

I've seen Satan at work thru plenty of deceived Christians, too. Even Baptists. They tend to be the worst because they tend to be so narrow-minded. *sigh* For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and the rulers of the darkness of this world. Maybe we should stop fighting like immature Christians and get on our knees. Just a thought.

There is a Baptist church in my town which has many similar problems. They are a haven for all kinds of evil, some of which I personally encountered. Too many men use God as an opportunity to grab power, and Christianity has been abused by a multitude of groups down throughout history, including the Roman Catholic Church. The history of Christianity is rife with evil men, evil desires, and evil motivations. I believe most Mormons are good God-fearing people, and do not understand where their religion deviates from the truth. And no, I'm not Mormon. There is one God. There is one Son of God, Jesus Christ. There is one Holy Spirit. I do see lots of posts here from Christians who clearly have not studied the roots of their faith, and have only what has been chewed up for them and delivered to them as milk. I implore you to dig. Learn. Grow. Know Him. Write down the scriptures given to you on Sunday, and go read the scriptures around them. Get the context. Get the historical context. Get the cultural context. So much to know, so little time. Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Written 2,000 years ago.

All I can say is that I'm glad I finally quit waiting for something to happen for me financially and got up off my tired a$$ and started to do whatever I could myself...which ain't much...LOL...but I feel better. Instead of waiting on the edge of my seat, I've occupied myself with fruitful endeavors...I don't know how the folks who have been hanging on for ten years do it! If it comes in the next few days, then my priorities are definitely going to change...as far as time management goes, I mean. I think I know what one of my charitable donations will be...I had a horrible relationship/no relationship with my dad, and he was in hospice for the last few months before he passed this summer, and now that he's gone I'm getting to know wonderful people that were in his life. I'll be going there for a black tie gala in October. It's entirely run on donations, no fees to the families...and they took care of that horrible man. If he'd left me an inheritance out of his many millions, I'd have given a chunk of it to them. Maybe that's what he did with the money. Wow. That turned into a personal rant. No. I'm saying that large bold moves that are immediately disarmed don't do us any good, but moves us faster towards total dictatorship. I'd rather vote in one good man, Romney, who has better foreign policies and fiscal policies than Obama, and make a few steps in the right direction instead of holding out for a man who can't get elected anyway, and risk putting Obama back in the White House.. I'm saying, do the smart thing. Moreover, that is assuming that Romney is a sell-out to these powers in the opening post, and only time will tell that. For Bible believing Christians, the New World Order is inevitable anyway. But that's a whole 'nother thread. Maggie, insulting me isn't really necessary. One line is sufficient when it's sufficient. Are you capable of asking for more information without insult? You seem to do a lot of that to people who disagree with you. I say over and over again that this two party system is what we've got. Work with it. I've seen some pretty compelling evidence that the foundation for this evil was planned and implemented in the late 1800s. I was so influenced by the shocking documentary I stumbled upon that I got a copy of the video and disseminated copies so that the evidence would not die. An hour and a half of document after document going by so fast that I had to pause the video to see more of the papers. Not that it all couldn't have been falsified. But it's unlikely that so many verifiable sources are documented as to prove that the entire theory is a farce. I don't live my life by it, but I keep it in mind. I really think that we're here to do something different than what we see, which makes the entire subject irrelevant. But that's just my take on it. ========= If what this essay is saying is true, then the only difference between where we are and where we are going is public perception. And that really sucks.

And this is why electing Ron Paul wouldn't do any good at all. As great as the man is, we put him in power and next thing you know, we have another assassinated President.

Um....and just as effective as walking around the White House block carrying a sign saying you want the Federal Reserve shut down.
