Excellent Post ! Now these are the articles everybody should be getting excited about. With the June U.N. meeting and the Mystery Monetary Change timeline given in recent articles of Sept.-Early 2013 "lots of smoke lately but I have yet to see a believable article denouncing these plans" If Iraq seriously wants out of Chapter VII and wants to become Internationally Recognized the last piece of the puzzle is having a Transparent Internationally Trade-able Currency. In my opinion This Is The Key To The Change We Have Been Waiting For ! Transparent to me means: THE REAL VALUE. Iraq can't just walk away from their current currency or have 2 different currencies with 2 different value's as some of these so called Guru's have been rumoring about lately. Iraq's goal of becoming a Sovereign Internationally Recognized Country and a full W.T.O. member ties them to I.M.F. / U.N & W.T.O. guidelines. The Monetary Change will not be the Countries Real True Value but will be tied to it for accountability "not just a number pulled out of thin air or politically motivated"

the 5/3 rd deal and why we need a closer look
SPRAYERDUDE replied to jeepguy's topic in Dinar Rumors
I'm in total agreement, there are I.M.F. / W.T.O & U.N. laws and if Iraq wants the International Status they are seeking guidelines must be followed. -
Correct me if I'm wrong but they can't delete zero's on the new currency "there are no zero's to delete" Also the I.M.F. will have a heavy hand in the monetary change, from my 5 years in this investment I was lead to believe having two currencies with different values does not follow International Guidelines on having a Transparent Internationally Recognized Currency. In my opinion Iraq can print as many smoke articles as they want, but when it comes right down to it Iraq will have to follow the rules put forth by the U.N., I.M.F. and the W.T.O. Until the political issues are resolved any type of monetary change would be useless "these articles put the cart before the horse" Resolutions to Chapter VII issues are key and the monetary change will follow and will be the result of Iraq's goal of becoming Internationally Recognized

The other news contains Chapter VII issues being worked on, part of Chapter VII release and W.T.O. full member is to have a Transparent World Trade-able Currency. I do believe Iraq needs all Chapter VII matters to be cleared up in a timely manner to each other, until Chapter VII release any Monetary/Currency Change would be useless but is a key issue that will have to dealt with to achieve their goals. Looking at the outstanding issues and the statement of "putting a hold on a currency change" falls in line with this scenario. In my opinion the R.V. cannot happen until all the political Chapter VII release issues have been dealt with. An R.V is imminent, this political mess as far as I can see is not hampering the OIL Production which is the highest in Iraq's history. Chapter VII release and International Recognition would cause a positive rush of Foreign Investment into the country and would further stimulate the economical situation.

+1 for you I agree completely and have been preaching the fact that the RV will be the last item and is required for Chapter VII release, until then an RV would be useless and at today's rate the currency change would go over like a FART IN CHURCH ".0009 x 1, 5, 10, 25dinar etc. ?" With all the news the last couple months on the printing of the new currency / Sept. date / early 2013 / the 3 stage statements etc. "THIS MAYBE THE SMOKE AND MIRRORS WE HAVE ALL HEARD ABOUT ?" Once again time will tell and we all know the old comparison of OPINIONS and A$$H013$

In my opinion watch the news "only" Screw the RV waiting game, Guru's Etc. Watch for Chapter VII release and Iraq's status on an International level: Acceptance into the W.T.O.(World Trade Org.) they are required to have a World Trade-able Currency to achieve the goal's they are seeking. They have stated the major currency change will happen in the 9th month (september) 2011 - the 1st of 2013. Even with these statements right out of the horses mouth SEEING IS BELIEVING. just remember this is Iraq and patience is a virtue.

I agree +1 to make up for the -1 given?

You cannot make a sensible decision until the details are laid out on all present bills, and the timeline is set on the withdraw of current currency.

More Details of New Iraqi Dinars
SPRAYERDUDE replied to whatsthis's topic in Iraq & Dinar Related News
In country the new 25 dinar note will have the same value as the 25000 dinar note currently "What could possibly be the reasoning behind your statement?" That would make a 25000 dinar note" which they will not print new" worth 25000 dinars. They cannot have 2 currencies with 2 different values especially with the goal to become a full W.T.O. member and internationally recognized. My opinion is until Iraq is out of chapter VII any monetary change will not benefit them in anyway "These articles are written for Iraqi's" -
My understanding is they were released briefly and the Iraqi's took it as a slap in the face due to the Worthlessness "no practical use" so they were retired. I heard the best place to find them were in the streets where kids would play with them.

Breitling is Warka's favorite customer. I couldn't tell you how many people opened Warka Acct's due to his sales pitch and HOW TO INVEST IN THE I.S.X. BULL$7iT. Got a feeling he is going to come crashing down, I listen to him but his uneducated way of talking always disturbed me. If this article is true Millions have been lost by anyone that put their trust in a unverifiable self claimed 39 year old millionaire that's buddies were shut down by the FED's?
