I hear ya, most of us on this site have no clue about how things really are over there. Where is sonny1, I wanna know what the heck he was trying to say!

I hate to say it but isn't that kind of a good thing? If it was cut and dry, no money to be made, why would there be so much back and forth? Why is there a problem between the Iraqi gov and the CBI? Why is it taking them sooooo long to put all of these laws and agreements into action. I can belive that the Iraqi's are just slow and they all hate each other. Seems that the progress to the region is important of the whole world. Something is really fishy about this problem that is developing between the CBI and gov.

I have to agree the mods have had a bit of a power trip recently. The problem is they are inconsistant with how they dicktate who gets to say what where. Yeah, I spelled it that way on purpose. That's just the way it goes! I'm sure they usually are just trying to do their job, USUALLY.

I only recently started to prepare myself and family for an emergency. Food, water, bullets, some what of a plan. I hope all of you start taking things seriously and have a back up plan incase your normal daily lives are interrupted. You never know what could happen. I don't dwell on it, but it is the responsible thing to do. Especially if you are the head of the house hold and have others that depend on you to take care of them. Don't get caught of guard people.

What a great statement! I have learned so much from getting into this investment. It has been a rollercoaster of emotions. I have been able to come on DV and debate with people way more educated than I am. It's pretty cool no matter what happens, in my book at least! More power to everyone here for digging so deep into this with hopes of uncovering the truth. I definantly feel like a stronger and more educated person for getting into this crazy ride. Boy, if Iraq spends 13 billion just on military equipment, I think that shows they have a lot of funds at their disposal. I don't think they have been upfront with all of their numbers. The minerals and mining meeting in London should show that Iraq is a much more wealthy nation than people think.

Exactly. This just a precampain move so Obummer can gain support. I'm sure some where in there it says "combat troops". I wonder how many "noncombat military personel" will be left. And if Iran does invade Iraq, that is exactly what the US wants! We are in the middle east taking out every goverent that is opposed to the west. Don't think for one second that the US didn't have a hand in the Arab Spring, Libian rebals also have been backed by NATO support. Don't be blind people, USA is a war machine.
