I looked it up and spent about 5 minutes researching, because i really dont have much time lol but here is what i came up with: it was never fully or properly ratified by the requisite number of states, but was falsley reported as being ratified and it has been upheld in a couple of court cases where defendants in tax cases claimed it was not properly ratified, but judgments were rendered in favor of the government, big suprise.

Yes Most of them lost all they had to start a great nation. Now the knuckleheads that claim to represent us, make their millions off the sweat of those of us that still work for a living. Things have changed.

i do remember But i still have to pay for my car. Still have to pay my mortgage. Still have to pay my way in life. The only change I have seen is an increase in the tax I pay. The only hope I have is that .........

Decrease in take home pay of around $450/month for me since Jan1. Not sure about my wife because her hrs vary, but in the 250-300 take home a month range. After 3 straight years of pay raises, no pay raise this year and I now make less than I did in 2009. Maybe I should go on welfare. As far as health care costs, no effect this year. Have to wait until after 1/1/14 to find that out. All I know is that my employer has no plans to cut hours or health insurance at this time. Off the subject, cant wait to see how jacked up my taxes are when I do them next year.

There is nothing reasonable about this woman and being a politician I am pretty sure that cancels honest as well.
