I would like to know where these tax rates come from. Aren't they supposed to be based on your income or profit? What if I bought IQD way back before it doubled in value and cashed it in, What would that rate be compared to if I bought IQD yeterday? What if I reinvest all my profits? I think everyone is going to have a diffent situation. Thoughts?

Not sure how to respond about Ryan, I didn't watch the video but remember that its Congress and the Senate that have to approve bills and Laws. The healthcare thing is very complicated and it is disgraceful that people who have given so much(VETS) are even on the bargain table. I see this as a "Pay To Play" situation.... The IQD had a high value while Sadam was playing nice but when he flew off the handle he(Iraq) was taken out of the game. when that happened I think a lot of People lost a lot of money (oil embargo) so there had to be a way to recoup investment and make up lost profit. This(RV) is how Iraq can "Pay Back" and ante up(Pay To Play) to get back on the international market. seems like everybody wins financially. I am with the 1.17 number because when they say delete zeros they are really just moving a decimal point simple math for simple people and I am reeeal simple. where does the .86 number come from?

Hello Everyone newbie here. The DFI says several web sites say Iraq’s currency is poised to increase in value, even dramatically, but it says investors aren’t told that the dinar is only good in Iraq. In other words you can't use your dinar to pay for things in the US.
