It is still too volatile of an investment. True big players make their money on the way up or the way down. They don't invest in penny stocks. They measure risk and reward, an a play on the IQD at this time is not a play. I do know some heavy hitters that have some, but will really buy in when it's traded on forex when the triggers are right. They're not working at Walmart praying for a big penny stock score, they're money is working for them. Like it should be. DayTrader

They can. The exchange rate is only good when you can exchange it for another currency. A gallon of gas will still cost you $3.35+/- USD a gallon regardless of its strength or weakness against another countries currency. Until the US dollar is no longer accepted as payment in Iraq, the exchange rate will not really matter IMO. DayTrader
