It looks like to me that the HCA will be for a year to see how it goes and if any adjustments need to be made before they make it the HCL. Either way, they are implementing it which, to me, means that they are distributing the budget as agreed upon. Don't see why it would affect any rv...I know Adam would like the HCL to be signed but I think as long as the HCA is agreed upon then if they want to increase the value of their currency, they could. It's still a legal agreement just not an law as of yet.

They did state it was a new purse specially designed for concealed carry with a zippered area for the pistol. Seems idiotic to have a round chambered and the safety off...it that was not the case...then what in the world was she doing that her 2 yr old could accomplish that and her not notice? There would not be any way I would have have my pistol (even in my new conceal carry purse) anywhere my 2 yr old could get it accidentally or otherwise. As it is...in Walmart I never leave my purse in the cart even when I look away for just a minute...I put it on my shoulder and I am not carrying a pistol in there! Edited to add...it's a sad sad story no matter how it happened Her family said she grew up around guns and had the utmost respect for them along with training.

Why do they put this crap out there? I don't care who she is or who her parents are....telling stories about any 16 year old girl is absolutely abhorrible. Who would want their daughter talked about and ridiculed for this? And the fact that it's not true makes it even more sick. I have a 15 yr old daughter. If anyone made such remarks about her there would be H*LL to pay. People get caught up in their dislike for her parents....what has SHE done to deserve this kind of rumor?

I do not agree with abortion. I do agree with a woman's right to choose. Preferably with the correct education and self esteem she would not end up where she feels an abortion is the only answer. The reason Planned Parenthood is in heavily black areas is that the need is there, just as there is in other areas with other ethnic groups. Not so much for only abortions....that is not the driving factor but the need for education regarding birth control, transmitted diseases and abstinence. In the areas where Planned Parenthood comes in it is generally where the residents are poor and getting this information from an OB/GYN is beyond their reach. Either they cannot travel to the doctor, the doctor does not take their insurance or medical card OR they do not have any sort of insurance or way to pay the doctor, much less obtain birth control. And we can all preach about abstinence until we are blue in the face....it is a fact of life that teens, young adults and poor people are sexually active, not just ones who are financially secure and can obtain birth control or support a child. There needs to be a low cost or no cost place to provide education and options. Do I pray that abortion becomes a choice that no one ever takes...YES. But at this point, it is a choice. And as Shabs indicated...rape and incest are terrible things. Should a young girl or woman have to bear a child from that act. In a perfect world, that child would be adopted to a loving family and allow him/her to fulfill God's desire for them. But reality is, that child, if born, would more than likely live in poverty and be a constant reminder of what happened to the young lady. With counseling....that could be overcome...but again...in a perfect world. So many variables go into a decision.

I believe that they would have revalued their currency a few years ago if it were not for Maliki. Abadi has things going on so quickly that there is not any reason Maliki could not have accomplished the same thing if he would have wanted to. So I believe that it can happen any time now that they are on a straight line rather than that serpentine that Maliki was trying to fool everyone with. I think that Abadi wants Iraq to move forward and to be a leader in the region. I don't know if they have to revalue their currency to get there but I am very very hopeful that they will.

I think as with any business if there is a lot of requests for something they will look at the feasibility of it. Banks are probably different as the regulations are different but any good business will listen to their customers. IMO that is what that meeting was about and not so much that they may know something!

This one did not make any sense to me either. The officer states he was not using a choke hold but rather a take down move....but once he was on the ground...why is his arm still on his neck. I think the grand jury got it wrong on this one but I am not privy to all the testimony. I understand them not releasing him when he was saying "I can't breathe" as criminals use all sorts of tactics and since he was able to voice that...he was able to breathe...but I believe it was excessive. Especially for the crime that he was accused of committing. He was not dangerous, just selling illegally gotten cigarettes...and the police officers knew that was why he was being arrested. Suppose the fact he was twice the size of any of the officers probably played a role in the excessive force.

What a precedence that would create. No criminal charges filed against him but he should start a fund to pay anyone who accuses him? I like Bill Cosby...but it is hard to believe he is innocent with all the women stepping forward but with only one 40 years ago who filed any sort of suit against him, how many are wanting to get a pay off?

I agree with Saint. If you try to exchange them with whom you bought them from, you may need proof of purchase. However, if you are going to the bank to exchange you will not need proof of purchase. They are going to make sure they are not counterfeit, other than that they don't care where you got them or when you got them. We purchased ours directly in Iraq while my husband was deployed there. He did not come home with a proof of purchase because he was not "purchasing" the dinar, he was exchanging his USD for IQD.

I don't have an objection to a pig on a plane anymore than I object to a cat or a dog. But they need to stay in their crates...it's a safety hazard to have them loose. And I think that pig looks like it may be just a bit big to fit in a crate under a seat

By the tenth of next December they will have completed all projects within the government curriculum . When Abadi says something I am inclined to believe it. Not that I believe Dec 10 will be the day that we see an increase in rate but once they get all the projects done....they will be set.
