Sounds good....but the phrase "something has to happen with the RV" is not really true. Iraq can hold status quo for as long as they want/can and even if everything seems to be in place they may feel that it's not the right time. That said.... RV already!!!

Someone is not looking hard enough obviously....and since Fox News was doing some of the reporting....I am not surprised. Why did he have to have girlfriends before Michelle? I know a few guys who didn't date until their late 20's and then married the first girl they dated. Uncommon, yes, but not unheard of. I don't agree with much, if anything, that Obama does but I do think the witch hunt that prevails around him is excessive. I find it sad that our congress is so polarized and Republicans and Democrats cannot even meet 1/2 way much less work together anymore. I can't imagine that our forefathers envisioned such a state when the parties were established. I have a feeling that if everyone would give for the goodness of our country and not for the goodness of their party then our country would be able to pull out of this quagmire that it is drowing in.

I don't like the ups and downs. It's hard. You read one post and it's sooooo positive and then read something else and it's either a long way off or not going to happen. I have had dinar for 6 years. I was checking the rate once in a while. About a year ago I found Adam's site. I read pretty religiously for about a month....then couldn't do it anymore so stopped and just visited once in awhile...about when I would check rates. I have been reading every day now for about a month....but if nothing happens by the end of July I will have to go back to my old routine of just checking in once in awhile. If something happens Adam will let me know

Shelby7....my husband has been saying the same thing for years. It seems that would be a fair way across the board. I am sure there is more to it than that but I wouldn't mind paying more in sales tax if I didn't have to pay income tax. Although you know congress would mess it up too.

I don't agree with them paying MORE but I certainly agree with them paying their share. It seems the more you make the more "loopholes" that are formed to help keep tax liability at a minimum.

I hadn't heard that. Did you hear it from someone verbally or did you read it on a different forum?

I have worked as a customer representative in chat (not BOA) and yes....most of the responses are a canned response. As far as the space bar....most chat professionals are chatting with at least 2 or maybe 3 customers at once so they are trying to answer questions quickly. As far as the conversation goes....pretty standard.

Hope your source is correct but there sure does seem to be a lot of "sources" but not a lot of proof. More information on the sources might help....not who but why you would trust this source over any of the rumors and facts that are running rampant right now.

The GOP would love to get rid of Obama and any of these stories/facts would be advantageous to that effect.

I have understood that it is taxable income and not capital gains for some time but wasn't really able to express it to my husband when he questioned why....so now he can read your response. He purchased the currency while in Kuwait years ago and we do not have a receipt for proof of purchase for capital gains anyway! There are ways to legally limit your tax liability but a good tax attorney and CPA would need to know your entire financial situation in order to help with that planning.

Also agree...and I am a newbie There is not a lot of sense to letting others cash in ahead of the general population. You can rationalize it to believe it but when you stop and really think about it...it doesn't make sense.

No receipt here either. My husband got them when he was stationed in Kuwait 6 years ago. They had a guy who traveled into Iraq that brought it back for them. Sure hope we don't need a receipt to cash in...but I imagine we will have to be taxed as income rather than capital gains.

I'll guess something to do with the debt ceiling. That needs to be addressed on/before the 30th, correct?
