Sladrian, The problem with this kind of information that is put out is, it is one mans interpertation of documents. It all seems very nice and good and makes a lot of sense. However Iraq will see the same document and have a completly different interpertation. The point is, dont take any thing you read here as fact.

Didnt the value of the dollar go down today? The value of the dinar never changes but the spread changes from the value of the dollar. Also we are looking for a RV or RI. We are not looking for small changes like this.

I agree 100 percent. We should have a "rumor" section, and also a "Complete Lie and Fabrication" section. The admins on this site need to remember what the definition of rumor is, not stand up for this.
