everyone is entitled to their opinion and best guess. i say best guess because no one knows for a fact the rate and date. i don't have to be a dr. to figure that out. but different people give their intel we all hope with the best of intentions. let's just all hope this ride is over soon and while we are waiting don't forget to live your life, because none of us are promised tomorrow.
