  1. rogers and the pack are going to be a force to to deal with for quite some time in the nfc. the bears are on the downward defensivily and cutler is lost in the fog. farve was a great qb one of the best a gunslinger with a ton of passion but now reduced to a joke and that is a shame. GO BEARS GO RV
  2. you don't have to be arrested or convicted to have a scandal around you. big ben is in his prime so teams would deal with the baggage. """"" I said I would rather see him in a headset...as in coaching."""""" you did not say coaching most back ups got headsets right. no vick has won nothing neither did marino so what. why would we talk when vick wins something i don't care if he ever wins anything i was just making a comment. yes vick has served his time and has a stigma around him aswell and farve will just be another clown at the circus. but hay man it's just a game.
  3. he will be a distraction to a good eagles team. if vick gets hurt all we will hear is put in farve the coaches will have to deal with added nonsense. he's washed up with a scandal still attached to him. bringing him on board would be a joke and waste of time he's not gonna teach vick a thing two total different kinds of qb's.
  4. come on guys this is past being a joke now it's just sad. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/blog/shutdown_corner/post/Rumor-Eagles-may-want-to-sign-Brett-Favre?urn=nfl-wp3759

  7. i don't know who dr. todd is but this was sent to me in an email. make of it what you will. This was an interesting CC. Dr. Todd talks about history (he worked for the US Gov / CIA in various countries), and about the 17 min mark he mentioned how he has heard that the IQD RV rate will be tied to the GBP. Additionally, at about the 29 min mark till the end there was info about the hold-up in DC, political posturing, and the rate rising over time. Joe. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 7-21-11 PTR Call MP3 (Volume Leveled and Boosted) with Dr. Pete Todd 52 min. (9 MB) http://tinyurl.com/4ycqsoq This was a very informative call. They have a couple of economic people, Dr. Pete Todd, who explains the world economics around the RV, what a lot of the "rate" discussion, and other terms mean about the RV, and how the Iraqi RV fits into the world scene. I found this very useful. Practical and grounded. A great call, in my opinion, if you want to be informed.

  9. i don't know who tony is have not followed him the email got me thinking about a post i made earlier i'll repost it below. what are your thoughts i think this is the case. i hear people on this forum say all the time that the u.s.a. can not hold up the rv that it is a iraqi matter and they will go forward when ready. i don't know if that is completely true. the way i see it is we are an invading army occupying a foreign country and have presently secured their land. the u.s. and imf are taking the training wheels off and we are turning it back over to them bit by bit piece by piece and we most definitly want them running their own country and need them to. here is my thought iraq will rv when they want to rv because it is their decision and their country but what if they have already decided to go forward with it then could the u.s. hold it up i think yes. even know we want them to run their country and make their own decisions we do have a big say in what is done because they are still under are control militarily and the dfi protection we hold over them. we still are the big dogs on their block even know we're turning things over to them. what is stated by some is that their is NO WAY the u.s. can be holding this up well thinking logicaly they could have the power to hold it up. if iraq wants to rv and for what ever reason the u.s. the imf or world bank don't want them you telling me we can't stop them from doing it. there has been alot of talk that obama will not sign off on this and i think that could be possible. if anyone one has any facts or thoughts on this let me hear them i'm intrested in how you see it.
  10. this was sent to me via email. make of it what you will. Interesting if true… Joe TONY: NEW INTEL RECEIVED: “PapaJack1952″ [toucan] FROM TONY: NEW INTEL HE RECEIVED: 07/21/2011 (Thanks JJ for emailing this) FROM TONY: NEW INTEL HE RECEIVED: Tony received info this morning that we were correct. The US did send a delegation over to Iraq. They requested to hold off the RV until the debt ceiling was resolved. Iraq, China and other countries went to World court this morning and requested to RV without the US, they want to force it through. In response to the court appearance and documentation received by the US by the court they are trying to resolve the debt ceiling or come to a temporary agreement immediately. Once the agreement or temp agreement has been made the RV will follow. Some countries in the basket with the dinar have also requested to push their own revaluation through.

  18. By Khayoun Saleh Azzaman, July 15, 2011 Iraq’s central says the country is in need of a new currency in which the current zeros are removed to facilitate commercial transactions. Central Bank Governor Sinan al-Shabibi said he was in talks with the prime minister, Noor al-Maliki, on how to go ahead with the bid to issue dinars with lower denomination and higher appreciation. Shabibi said Iraqis were now relying a lot on the U.S. dollar, particularly in settling cash transactions that required a lot of money. The use of credit cards is still limited in Iraq and cash is still the main source in trade and commerce. Allocations even for small projects and to carry out simple commercial deals are in millions or billions of dollars. Three bundles of $10,000 require carrying or paying about 40 million dinars. The new arrangement, once carried out, will make transactions simpler and easier, the Central Bank governor said. Calculating and paying with the current currency makes trade deals rather “awkward and difficult” for a small country like Iraq, Shabibi said. Other countries, like Turkey and Brazil, successfully dealt with the same problem by removing zeros from their currency. In Turkey, people dealt with millions of liras for simple purchases and transactions. Today a dollar is worth about 1.6 liras. Shabibi said there was a lot for Iraq to learn from Turkey.
  19. Economist hails opening of a border port of Turkey Saturday 16/07/2011 Economist hails opening of a border port of Turkey Baghdad, counting economist Salah al-Din Mehdi open a port a new border with Turkey that would increase the power of trade exchange between the parties and this is a positive benefit to the Iraqi economy. Mahdi said in a statement to contact the Agency (news) Friday: The process of trade and increase of goods will increase after opening a port between us and Turkey for being a state that contains the commodities and services we need. Criticized Mehdi what it says some experts that we need to activate the customs tariff, in addition to the fear of dumping the commodity wondering: where local agriculture? Iraqi industry and where? Why claim tariff and some laws that limit the import at the time of Iraq to possess the ability to promote the fact the economy. and called Mahdi to collect data and information on all activities in the ministries and see their reality and their ability and consumption of it which we can determine what are the things you need to tariff conductor; ticket man or border controls. http://www.ikhnews.com/news.php?action=view&id=16577
  20. July 16, 2011 Iraq key oil player 'for next 20 years': Shahristani Baghdad, Iraq will be the key player in international oil politics over the next two decades, the country's top government official for the energy sector said on Saturday. "If we continue along the path we are on, Iraq will over the next two decades be the country that sets oil policy in the world in terms of price, supply and demand," Deputy Prime Minister Hussein al-Shahristani said at a conference of Iraqi diplomats in Baghdad. In 2009, Iraq signed 11 contracts with foreign energy companies to exploit its vast oil reserves and dramatically ramp up crude output to as much as 12 million barrels a day (bpd) by 2017, from around 2.7 million bpd currently. And in October, the country reported a major increase to its crude reserves. "The world cannot survive without oil and demand will increase by 20 million barrels per day in the next 20 years," Shahristani, a former oil minister, said in his speech at Iraq's foreign ministry. "Our country has entered the market at the right time because demand will increase, because the world needs more oil and no country can provide this other than Iraq." Iraq's projections are at odds with those set out by the International Monetary Fund, which expressed doubt in March over the country's ability to meet its long-term targets for oil ouput and said output could rise to more than five million bpd by 2017, rather than the 12 million Baghdad estimates. The IMF cited the need for huge investments in port facilities, pipelines, desalination plants for water to be injected into oil fields, and storage facilities. Crude exports account for around 90 percent of Iraq's government revenues. http://www.arabia.msn.com/News/MiddleEast/AFP/2011/July/7568309.aspx

The Iraqi government has denied any change in the local currency this year to reduce inflation. The local Iraqi currency has gone through several changes in its history, most recently in 2004 when the former Governing Council replaced the previous currency, which was the symbol of the former regime. The main tasks of the Iraqi Central Bank to maintain price stability and the implementation of monetary policy, including exchange rate policies, and management of reserves of foreign currency, and the issuance of currency management, as well as to regulate the banking sector. 22. you seem intelligent and well-read and i have gleaned a couple of valid points from you from reading through your comments on other posts but why so overly abrasive regarding other peoples opinions. debate and passion is productive but you seem determined to shove everyones understandig or interpretation of something you don't agree with back down their throats. their is a ton of information on the net that alludes to the rothchilds having ownership in iraq banks but i also have not found a document per any official goverment agencie stating it as fact but that does not mean it is not true. you have to look at the power of the rothchilds their past and how they operate and then form a conclusion of what they may be doing in iraq. if a person does that and they find crediable evidence to lead them to believe that it is true then they run with it. hey man things are not always facts and links sometimes people are right just because of experience and intellect. like i said you seem bright but i question your motive because you don't seem to be hear to teach but to push people around that you disagree with and that is to bad because you could have added to this site but people will soon be turned away from the overly aggressive stance your taking and just begin to tune you out. be blessed
  23. No, all the same topic. Its quite possible that there is common advise going around Iraq to buy dinars. That might have nothing to do with order 13303, after all we are here after taking that advise and our purchase has nothing to do with order 13303. Generally why would one think a currency was going to appreciate in a country like Iraq? Due to GDP increasing. Troops or contractors etc in Iraq might be thinking just the same. dude my only point was i saw it as possible for a high ranking official to have read exct order 13303 and then passed the advice along to his soliders in the field. i have stated this before to you mine and yours conversation was not about GDP even if you think it was. give it a rest you like to debate and so do i but this is exhausted let it go man. if you need to feel as you won this debate well then you are the victor. i know it has nothing to do with that you are just seeking the ultimate truth ect... may your day be blessed bro If you want to claim 13303 somehow advises troops to buy dinars, you will have to point out the place it does so, otherwise your statement is meaningless. If you don't want to rehash it, that's fine too, in which case (after reading 13303) I'll ignore your comment. Fair enough? you are not hearing what i'm saying this whole conversation of ours was about drlewis and his friend and that his higher ups in the field advised him to buy dinar.i never claimed that 13303 told our troops to buy dinar because it does not therefore i never said it did. we are in a debate on "how one inturpets 13303" and if the man interpreted it as good for him and decided to tell his soliders to buy dinar how can that be an issue to you. well i have stated my thoughts on this once again and try not to accuse me of something i did not say try to get your responses inline. its been fun going around the mountain with you this past day but onto more important things. may your day be blessed
  24. hey bro your all over the place now we are talking about GDP and 13303 i simply commented about your response to drlewis and his friend go back and read it again. this has been the extent of our conversation. try and keep your responses inline. you seem very intrested in arguing over a exhausted topic "how one interprets 13303" so i guess we will have to agree to disagree.
