  1. Thanks for posting this, a great reminder why this is a solid investment, and that things are on track.
  2. I'm hearing that 3 million less Republicans voted this election when compared to 2008. I am a conservative Christian who voted for Romney because I feel he was a MUCH better choice than O. However, I do know of a few Christian people who felt they couldn't vote for a Mormon, which they consider a "false religion". So I think a good chunk of the 3 million Republicans who didn't vote may hold this opinion...which I find totally ridiculous, because that amounts to a vote for O. We realistically had only 2 choices, and sometimes you have to be practical, and let go of the idea of a "perfect candidate". I may not care for the Mormon religion, but most of them are good, moral, hardworking people...and at least Mormons won't kill you if you refuse to convert!
  3. Great video, thanks, Lutie! Looking forward to tomorrow's debate.
  4. Try this epitaph: Gentle stranger passing by As you are now, so once was I. As I am now, you soon shall be Prepare yourself to follow me. Creepy, or what? I read that somewhere and still remember it. I think this would win for the most creepy...but as a saved Christian, I know I'd be in heaven, so no worries there
  5. Posted this in rumors because it may not have anything to do with dinar, it may be more about Europe. Makes me a little excited, though....got it from BL's site originally, then googled Oanda and did a search on it. Sorry if it's already been posted. ---------------------------------------/---- "Due to the extreme volatility some market analysts foresee could result in the coming days, OANDA fxTrade will not accept any trading activity from 6:00 AM EST until approximately 3:00 PM EST, on Sunday, June 17, 2012. OANDA believes the convergence of a major market event during off-market hours represents a potential trading risk and has taken this rare step to protect traders from excessive rate fluctuations. Please note that during this halt in trading, you can still access your account details but no trading activity will be accepted. For this reason, OANDA strongly recommends that all traders consider minimizing currency exposures prior to the trading halt. If you do intend to maintain open positions during this period, be aware that OANDA will hold exchange rates steady during the trading halt. However, when trading resumes, rates will immediately adjust to the current market rate and it is possible that the updated rate could result in a margin closeout if the price has moved significantly against your positions. Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate funds in your account to prevent a margin closeout. OANDA apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. For more information, please contact a Customer Service representative. Best regards, The OANDA team" http://www.zerohedge.com/news/due-extreme-volatility-some-market-analysts-foresee
  6. I have dealt with the person who runs this site, he used to sell a bit on eBay (and maybe still does). I then bought some from him directly and he was fine to deal with. Paperboy, you are right, he is an ordinary dealer. I found it rather amusing that he was picked up in NINA News like that, if it was me, it'd kinda freak me out!

Thanks, Idplzr Good to have BL doing her chats again.
  8. Thanks, that was hilarious! I'm sending it to my niece, who has a toddler, and I'm sure can relate!
  9. Tim, you must enjoy stomping on kittens, hence your avatar.
  10. I was on a low-carb diet and after a month or so, my calves started cramping....I didn't dare point my toes and stretch while lying in bed because they would instantly start to cramp. I Googled the subject and found that it had to do with my low carb intake. The solution that I found from this online search was potassium, magnesium and calcium. As long as I remembered to take them I was fine, though if I skipped one day I was still ok. Just be careful with the potassium because too much can cause a heart attack. Also, the magnesium and calcium work best when taken together, not just magnesium alone. So even though you may not be on a low carb diet, your meds may be causing you to be deficient in these minerals. If you look online you can find the recommended dosages; it's been awhile so I don't remember how much I was taking. Or just take as directed on the bottle.
  11. Hi Adam Do you think the three ministers are selected and approved, but just not yet formally announced?
  12. So, how much do you project the increase will be?
  13. Hey BigfrankD answer my question I have asked you twice now. Are you invested in the dinar? Because with all the negativity you have posted, you do not think much of this investment. You think that everyone who thinks there is going to be a substantial revaluation is living in fantasy land, don't you?
  14. National Meeting before Arab Summit would be great! But- I think it is possible they've already had it.
  15. That's not what I said. And YOU never answered my question. Do you own dinar? The way you have expressed yourself on other threads, surely you don't, because you would be an idiot if you did. According to you. Your opinion, not mine.
  16. There are two schools of thought on the answer to your question. I happen to disagree with this answer; my view is stated above. You will have to decide for yourself which of us is correct, or the closest to correct.
  17. Ok, this is how I understand it. These 3 zero articles are for the Iraqis and for them, the 25,000 and the new 25 dinar note will be equal. They get increased buying power; what used to cost them 25k will now cost 25 IQD. Iraqis are not dealing with an exchange rate like we will. Our 25k dinar note will be worth whatever the exchange rate is to the dollar x 25,000. So the Iraqi gets increased purchasing power and the new currency denominations will reflect that. But if you still have the old 25 k notes in Iraq it will be worth the same as the new 25 dinar note IN IRAQ. Outside of Iraq it depends on the exchange rate of the currency you are converting to and your 25k dinar stays worth 25k dinars. Hope this helps!
  18. Maybe it was when the List said 72 hours for Maliki to approve defense minister candidate or they would withdraw him. By the 22nd it would have been that long.
  19. I agree with you, but I think the entire article is past tense. I think the 33 trillion is an old number, and I also think they have already printed the new currency.
  20. Hi again Frank! You are not invested in the dinar, are you? You make it sound like those who are, are fools lacking in common sense. Are you doing this for our own good? Or do you just like to debate? I'm not offended, it just makes me laugh You still haven't convinced me.
  21. "She said "Iraq is currently trading at least 33 trillion dinars" I do not believe these figures are true, they've been sucking the large denoms off the street for a long time now. Understandable that they would say it, though, because Shabibi has said he will not allow speculation on his currency. Thanks again, jupitergirl
  22. From BL Farhad Messenger: President Talabani would return to Baghdad for a meeting of the three presidencies to unify the external communication within the Baghdad Summit Date: Tuesday, 20-03-2012 01: 03 pm Irbil (News) ...Sign the Deputy from the Kurdistan blocs Coalition//Farhad Messenger return President Jalal Talabani in Baghdad before the Summit, the Arabic for a meeting of the three presidencies in order to unify the external communication within the Baghdad Summit. He told the Messenger (News Agency news) on Tuesday: an important national conference for Iraq exit from the current political crisis, demanding all the political blocs to deal with transparent national Congress to reach solutions that satisfy all parties. He added: the President Jalal Talabani will return to Baghdad over the next three days to intensify dialogues and meetings with political leaders and to meet with the three presidencies in order to unify the Iraqi Arabic Summit speech. Ashur said: that Iraqi list will be the country's internal political crisis in Arabic through all means, stating: the political situation in internal Iraqi scene over differences with Iraq./finished/24 n. p. http://www.microsofttranslator.com/bv.aspx?from=ar&to=en&a=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ikhnews.com%2Fnews.php%3Faction%3Dview%26id%3D36620
  23. Iraq is not, for years if ever, "cashing" us in after the revalue. After the banks exchange our dinar, of which most will forever remain in electronic form, it will end up in the U.S. Gov't pockets, where it will sit as part of the reserves, and later for oil. It would not happen that all these countries would bring the dinar to Iraq immediately and all at once and demand payment, because that would bankrupt the country, which is in no one's best interests. I also don't think Iraq would be thought of as an important, relevant, up-and-coming powerhouse if they RIPPED everyone off who has IQD...all these countries that have already invested in Iraq's success, not to mention their own people who may have some hard-earned savings of their own.
