That is correct and exactly what I was saying. Shabibi already disclosed his plans publicly regarding the deployment of the lower denoms. It would lend zero credence if the RV didn't happen prior or follow immediately. GR

Look....here is reality.... The DFI is over and now the Federal Reserve Trust for Iraq is in play now. As far as the releasing Iraq from chapter 7, it didn't happen due to the situation of the minister of security not being seated, due to the power struggle that continues between Maliki and Allawi. It has been stated by the UN that they will review this possibility once again in December of 2011. What is the actual possibility of the RV occurring while under Chapter 7 is anyone's guess. The positive aspect of this, is the introduction of the lower denoms into the public, which will be coinciding with the current IQD currency. What am saying is, the lower denoms will need to have value if they intend the public to be weaned of of the currently used and trusted USD and take this whole currency change seriously. The RV is coming period! This is a time of patience testing and those that persevere will reap the rewards. If you follow the "GURU's", you do so at the risk of your own sanity. Follow: IRAQI POLICY, CBI ANNOUNCEMENTS and IRAQI OFFICIAL STATEMENTS and you will have a good understanding where we all are in this investment. I digress... GR

So.... Now it's time to get realistic and know that we do not know when it will RV (Still Fact). The RV will happen but all indicators I have seen in the Iraqi News (shabibi's statements), lead me to believe there will be a "In country preparation" before the RV trigger is finally pulled. Shabbs said a week or so ago that the lower denoms integration and public education will come first. He also said they were going to need time for the banking system to finalize the needed preparations to linkup with the worlds banking system, he did not say how long. I truely believe we are looking at several months to be quite honest based on every news article I have read, we shall see. GR

First off, thanks for the post! What everyone needs to realize is the bank branches will know when we know and NOT before. Why? Because the bank personnel would be investing it the Dinar themselves and they would have mass exodus. Not to mention if Banks notified their branch personnel ahead of the public this would have crossed ethic boundries and could result in litigation. This is the real world here. I of all people want this RV to happen ASAP, but remember we are on Iraqs timeline not ours. Be patient and hang in there, it is coming. GR
