I'm wondering if Fox News and CNN heard about George's prophecy about the dinar and that's what the ticker tape was about and somehow it got mixed up. I mean, the ticker tape story had to start somewhere. Right?

How come the gurus are the only ones that got to see the ticker tapes? I swear they're all starting to sound alike, kind of like a Talking Points between gurus. Kimberlye

Dinauer, I fully understand your position and I do agree with what you stated; there is BS and there are legitimate rumors. And I think most of us will agree that almost everything posted in the rumor section is BS, so, therefore, how do the mods decide which posts to delete and which to allow members to comment on? I say it's fortunate that we have a rumor section where the BS can be posted. Now, I realize you don't think the BS should be posted, but who is to judge that? Now, I believe that by posting the BS along with the rumors, we are helping the new investors as well as the gullible people that have come over from other sites. We have more members on this site that call BS than I've ever seen on any other site, and that's a good thing. Now, I don't know Nointel, but I have to give him the benefit of the doubt, based on his past posts, that his intent was not to play games; I believe his intent was to pass on what he found on another site so those that wanted to see it could. I don't have the answers to the frustration that you and others feel, but as long as there are dinar forums and gurus and rumor sections and no RV, we're kind of all forced to agree to disagree and hopefully do so respectfully. With all due respect, this was posted in the rumor section. It is all a joke and not to be believed until proven othewise. You do have the option to not go to the rumor section, just as I have the choice to go to the rumor section. That is, in my opinion, what makes this forum the best: We are not banned for our opinions and we can choose to read and believe or not believe what we want. I think that if you really have a problem with the rumor section itself, that is an issue that you need to take up with Adam and not bash others for posting in the rumor section. First, I wouldn't tell them the U.S. is holding a lump of dinar because we don't know that for sure. I would say that the U.S. has committed to helping Iraq and will not let them fail. I would also be honest and tell them it is a possible long-term investment. Just so they know what they are getting into.

Hmmm, if any of those guru predictions turn out to be right, I hate crow!!!

The rumors being thrown out there are that the lower denominations have been seen and are in circulation. I was just stating that they are not. I have no idea if they are printed and hidden somewhere. If they were in the ATMs, I'm thinking we would all know about it and there would be legitimate pictures out there of them. I'm just saying that they are not in circulation and not being used at this point, as some have stated. Also, FYI, my brother did say that the Iraqis are not allowed to bring cameras of any kind onto the American bases, but of course the contractors and military can have their phones and cameras, so if there were lower denoms on the streets, I'm thinking there would be pictures by now. Just sayin'........... I personally think they might be printed and waiting to be released when there is an RV. Just my opinion, though. Have a happy Monday, Kimberlye

My brother is a contactor in Iraq. He does not follow any dinar sites. I am very skeptical about everything and always wait for solid proof, but I will always believe my brother. I just talked to him on the phone about the lower denoms and the cameras being taped up. He laughed when I told him what was being said. He deals with the Iraqis every day. He said there are no lower denoms in circulations and he laughed when I told him about the cameras being taped up. FYI, on his particular base, he said the Iraqis still want American dollars but they are not allowed to pay with American dollars for anything; he uses the dinar every day. He did say on some bases you can still use the American dollar for purchases, just not his. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news; I wanted this to be true also. Have a great day, Kimberlye

I thought I read that the money could be used for specific purposes, can't remember exactly, but to help the Iraqi people only. Now they will have full control of where the money is allocated is the way I understood the change. I'm not sure what their plans would be for the money now or how that could relate to an RV just because they have full control of the money now. I just don't see this being a catalyst for an RV. Coy71, I do not know Okie but I have seen his posts and predictions. I am curious to know why you believe in Okie. It seems to me that nothing has come to fruition that he has ever said was fact. I was hoping this was an old, out-of-date article or something because it seems to be they should be far beyond just talking about lifting sanctions or we have a long way to go. Just sayin' IMO of course
