It still has to be submitted to the Council of Ministers and Deputies. We just need them to not pass it and then we can hopefully be done with this possible scenario.

I would think that if Iraq decided to change their currency and it was being announced today, it would be national news and on every station. I don't believe it. I don't believe Iraq is going to change their currency, but, of course, just my opinion. I'm thinking that move would upset a lot of people and countries, just like a lop would.
