This has more to do with the Iraq budget. It was based on 85 USD oil per barel then revised to 90 and again to 100. The new norm will now be based on 100 to 110 USD OPEC pricing in near future. Iraq will offer special oil pricing when traded in IQD rather than Petro Dollars. This is why China wants control over the USA post RV and it' buying into WF. Iraq will charge USD 35 barel oil as a means to quickly recall large denom held outside Iraq. Once the big denoms are back in IRAQ, oil will stay at near 110 barel to maintain the post IQD exchange rate. We will be paying for our own RV every time we fill er up. Think about it.
