16 June 2017 PastorJohn: According to Bloomberg, Iraq is shipping millions of barrels of oil to the US. Why? I read that on Drudge and wondered myself, since we have a large stock pile of oil. Perhaps the oil credits are now in play. Could this be the sign we are looking for? Re-valued Dinar goes into the Treasury using this currency to buy Iraqi oil with. The oil credits are indeed in play. They are making this happen with these shipments of oil.

IMF Team reaches Staff Level agreement on 2nd stand-by arrangement with Iraq. The Iraq authorities & the IMF have reached agreement on the supplementary budget for 2017 & the 2018 budget & strengthening proceedures to keep expenditures under control. The SBA aims to restore fiscal & external balance & to approve public financial management while protecting social spenditures.

Delta reported on March 30th not only was the exit from C7 approved by the UNSC but also the RL or Amnesty Law and the Banking Laws were also approved by the IMF. It's all about the timing for CBI to make it's next move. Mosul has been done. They are merely mopping up and holding off for timing reasons to announce IMO.
