DV is turning into a royal waste of time. Nothing is posted for anyone to read of value...the only thing a free membership gets me here is a reading non RV posts. Going to other places that offer free membership with information that is better than what is offered here. Guess I can't blame DV though..if I owned this site I prolly would want to make a dime too. The point it though--other's offer same for free.

Doctor Robbins-- Question- How is selling dinar illegal? How is selling currency illegal? So, I must prove to a currency seller that I am traveling to (within a reasonable amount of time) the country of which currency I am purchasing. I say--nope--won't ever happen. Their is no conviction here based on the dinar charges. Now, with that said--how these guys were advertising themselves does matter. If the feds can prove to the jury these guys falsely deciminated, advertised or coerced people into buying dinar--then they'll be in trouble on those charge also.

My opinion is these charges are more based on the bogus hedge funds they had people investing in, rather than the dinar. The charges of promising people an profit once it RV's will not stick. No judge or jury will or can 'beyond a reasonable doubt' vote guilty on this charge because it is common knowledge currency investment is at best one of the riskiest investments available. However, the hedge fund charges will stick. From my understanding they were running a ponzi scheme, and taking peoples money to bank roll their operation. As these ponzi schemes always do---they eventually unravel and they cannot keep all of their investors paid up. These guys will do some time in a federal prison for their crimes, but the dinar investment charge will not stick.

For whatever reason we are all getting a break from Seetrader, it's a welcomed break.
