I presume Warka's online site is still down and it isn't just me. My sign in will expire in a few days so curious if anyone else can access their page. Any info would be appreciated.

I have also logged on to my account and the interest has also been added to my account! All it needs now is to be worth something!! LOL Been here seven years, what's a little more time matter, it will be worth the wait.

Thanks Phlip, At this point I'm hoping to leave all or most of mine in Warka for an indefinite length of time and hopefully see it grow in value. But I do appreciate the information as how to transfer it back home in case I have to quickly move it out of Iraq

Warka online banking is now working for me. After about a week or more of not being able to access Warka online i now have full access to my accounts. I always thought it was a software or upgrade issue on their part. They don't move as quickly to resolve issues and we just have to be patient, and that's not easy not knowing if and when the CBI will release them from receivership. It's working today but who knows about tomorrow!

Just received a response from Warka. I have been emailing all departments at Warka trying to get a response from them regarding a problem with my USD / IQD online account. After 4 or 5 days of not receiving a reply to my email I decided to send my email with an email receipt request. I received my receipt within a couple of hours of sending that email and my problem was resolved immediately. I decided to try the receipt request as (Mark In Texas) had done in a previous post in the section. Great idea Mark, this solved my problem. For some reason some of my money was showing up as funds not available, they quickly made them available. Hello Mark, I have been having a problem getting Warka to respond to my emails, accually they haven't responded at all. I followed your lead on the Return Receipt Request and they immediately responded and resolved the problem. Thanks for your post, GREAT IDEA!!!! Mtex45

Thanks for your thoughts and opinion on my account. A thought just crossed my mind, they (Warka) may have only moved the dollars which have been in my account the longest, they may not consider my most recent wire transfer as available funds until it has been in the account a certain number of days. Once the money has been on deposit ? # of days maybe then I can move from USD to IQD. This is the only scenario that makes sense to me. Still waiting on a response from my emails to Warka. Sure hope this is the problem!!!!

I transfered funds on July 7th and it showed up on my online account Saturday the 10th. I emailed Warka on the 10th and again today. I sent emails to both c.services and e-bank

I do have online banking and can see both of my accounts. Via email I had Warka transfer the funds out of the USD to IQD accounts. I have sent an email to Warka requesting a detail of the transaction and expressed my concern over the exchange rate. Waiting on their reply!

I have a new Warka account and have just transfered funds from my Warka USD account to my IQD account. Not knowing the exchange rate, I transfered $1,200.00 into my IQD account and expected to see at least 1 million dinars in my account, only received 166,025.000. If I am reading this right i'm not happy with the exchange. Anyone experience a simiular rate?
