  1. Good Video Jim...Thank you. This was uploaded in 2012...I'd love to see an update. OH...we are living it huh. lol Reminds me a lot of "Continuum" a Canadian series that I saw on Netflix. She is forced back present time from 2077 and tries to change the future and prevent our prodigy's demise. Shows the "continuum" brought on by corporations/terrorist and their evil deeds. I'm not a big Sify fan but this was GOOD!!! I really recommend this one for anyone that hasn't seen it yet. FYI: There is another series on youtube with the same name but it should not to be confused as the same as this one. TRAILER:
  2. Wow Trinity you are a patient soul!!! Anyone trying to paint your posts a you victimizing yourself is trying to deflect and derail the thread from the real issues that you are trying to discuss....Racism IS still a problem and will be until we can... Alright!!! There you are Jim You identified it so much better than I was attempting to. Thank You My Friend
  3. A voice of reason...refreshing!! Yes it has seemed to bring out the worst in some people...uggggg.
  4. Yes..it seems some folks are a little behind in their history lessons. lol Good Post Xtaxguy...Thank You.
  5. Thanks Markinsa Hello bohica, I noticed when I went to this link that you have pretty much posted every blog this man has written... Either you are posting this man's writings without giving him credit...or... DV is a great venue to get your blogs out there. Which is it?
  6. Morning Markinsa Does a heroin overdose give you a broken neck? I didn't see it listed here. Please stop conjecturing/speculating...the truth will come out on this one...hopefully.
  7. Thank You SnowGlobe "Where does this leave us"? With some serious competition in world finances/financing. I dunno what to make of this... Looking at the abuses of the IMF and the World Bank against the countries they have "served" (see privatization/austerity measures) will this new competitor/banking system be more just? Supposedly they are going to give an alternative to countries, rather than having to use the current system. A system that has been US dominated, a system that has had the ability to "sanction" (cut off financing) and dominate over pretty much the whole world. No wonder other countries including our good friends in Europe are signing up in droves. No wonder IMF is giving out loans like candy. Truth is...I love America...but our banksters have done some very bad things...so it is only natural that others would come up with a way to get around the current system. I am thinking this leaves us (US banksters) in a threatened position and we will probably see a whole lot more military action. JMHO NOT GOOD!!!
  8. Rightsonword I do agree with you about this being a "rights" issue for all of us and it is getting derailed into a righty/lefty issue... Seriously!!!
  9. The guy didn't have a broken neck when he made eye contact with the cop and ran... He had a broken neck when he got to the police station. I will say Rightsonword...had you or I decided to take off "jogging" at that moment...would we have been chased and arrested? Markinsa I am sure the cops are going to get more "due process" than Freddie Gray did. JMHO
  10. There is a difference between making a "judgement" and being "judgmental" Making a "judgement" concerns a making decision...should I do this? or this.... Being "judgmental" concerns passing a judgment onto somebody else. Bohica... I'm curious when was the last time a g a y or a Muslim tried to recruit you. lol QUOTE: "I believe my point is clear in that the homosexual arena and the pro-Islam arena dislikes it when anyone objects to their pushing a partular way of life upon others." "We make our best decisions when they come from a place of love. People make their worse decisions when they come out of fear."
  11. Lol :D Thank you for all the kind words...I'm out of emeralds...I'll be back later to spread them around. Love you guys
  12. Good to see you Roth...I always love to see your input on things. Yours was much better than mine.
  13. Watching this video I gathered that they would like to practice interacting with civilians to help them get around...for example asking ranchers to transport troops in their horse trailers in the middle of the night... ect... Could this be an experiment to see how much help they would get from civilians? At the very least after this exercise is over and nothing happens they can say "look at all those nutters who thought it was a takeover". I can see how this could be an attempt to desensitize folks from the strangeness of a military presence in rural areas. Sheesh just look at the news showing the protest...I don't even recognize our city streets anymore...looks like a military zone already. Would our soldiers fire at our own citizens??? Another question I have for myself is "how many civilians would help them"?
  14. I believe you do jg1...pardon my frustration in my post...it was directed at the article and folks looking for excuses...not you. Like yourself...I hope the truth comes out...I think most of us want that jg1.
  15. Baltimore’s state prosecutor Marilyn Mosby told reporters that her office's investigation determined that Gray's death was a homicide, adding that his arrest was illegal and his treatment in custody amounted to murder and manslaughter.
  16. Breaking News: Baltimore charged six officers with multiple counts including second-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter.
  17. Bunk we really don't want to derail this thread with useless politicking...just looking for solutions.
  18. This is as Shabs would say..."My not so popular opinion"... ISIS didn't just waltz in that day. They had been setting up the takeover for quite sometime...at least a year. How did they do it? Blackmail, Threats, Bribery...all the typical methods of operations. Maliki knew this was happening and remember his last trip to DC?. He asked for the delivery of his jet fighters and helicopters and Obama said "No"....he left pizzed off that day, a day earlier than scheduled, skipped his UN meetings. He knew then that he was no longer the US's chosen puppet...he knew then that Obama was going to take him out of control. Now fast forward...US would not "help" Iraq until Maliki was taken out of power...coincidence? I think not. PS. Remember too...ISIS had taken over Faluja and that other city with a dam about a year before Mosul. (2013). Also the terrorist bombings were killing about 1000 people a month for that proceeding year. (June 2013/June 2014) This was a setup IMHO. We put him in...and...We took him out.
  19. "Wolf Packs"...Good Analogy Dog. This is so sad...I really feel for that man...I hope he recovers fully and soon. I was in his shoes once when I was in junior high... A group of kids were battering a disabled girl, knocking her against a brick wall, broke her glasses...bloody nose... It was during lunch time out in the court yard...nobody was responding to it...SOoooooo I march into the middle of it, ask them what the he$$ they thought they were doing and pulled her out of there...took her to the office and gave names. Now comes a dark Friday night...standing across the street from the school at the corner of the park waiting for my mom to pick us up after a football game. I can see it like it was yesterday...a sea of 20+ mean girls come across the street...surrounds us...knocks me out...I wake up to find no one there...my friends had ran into the park and they chased...my mom (5'1" 110 pounds) pulls up and runs into the park after them. I was so afraid for her...that was probably the longest 5 minutes of my life. My friends got it worse than I did...but it was over by the time my mom got to them. They were pretty bloodied up. We went straight to the police station. Nothing else ever came of it....other than me taking on a protective role for the disabled girl for the rest of my time in jr high. You see my older sister was brain damaged at birth...nurses held her back...another whole story....so it was pure instinct for me to intervene on that girls behalf...no thoughts....no questions about it. The point of telling this story is...yes they were black...so what? I DO NOT hold ALL blacks accountable for what they did. There are mean people in all races and we have to stand up to them when we are confronted by them...that is my truth. Again, I pray this gentleman heals quickly...I truly feel his pain.
  20. Thuggie... Truly Laughing my ass off!!! So Funny My Friend.
  21. Sorry Machine Gun but there is only on emotion left for your responses... <FACE PALM>
  22. Thank You Markinsa. Here is an idea...sorry if this is not on the same page as others here. WHAT IF... we put our tax dollars into US Infrastructure? (if we can find $'s for wars...we can find $'s for US...Right?) That would accomplish a few things... 1. Rebuild our broken bridges and more..perhaps housing in the "richest" country in the world would be nice....water? 2. Put people in the US to work 3. Maybe divert funds from nefarious purposes...killing/displacing many innocents (2million Iraqis and more) in this world. Please don't take this wrong... I am only looking for solutions...not a righty vs lefty argument. I am for AMERICA FIRST!!! Just Solutions Please... Thank You
  23. Why doesn't this article say that this man could NOT SEE Gray in the van because of a metal divider between them? Also notice it points out another stop that wasn't reported but was recorded by a private camera. Could Gray have been trying to get help? Could he have been having seizures from his injuries? Who knows... Yet it took them this long to come up with this person riding with him? I don't buy it. He had done nothing wrong that day other than to have made eye contact and ran away. He repeatedly made pleas for medical help. His spine was 80% severed, his voice box crushed. He was unconscious on arrival at the police station. Did he kill himself because he was caught with a switch blade? Seriously? I don't think so. All of you who want to find any excuse for his death will jump on this, but it sounds incredibly invented, not to mention convenient for the policemen involved. Our country needs thinking, intelligent people... Not sheep. Sheep go to slaughter. So much for our rights.
  24. Apples...vs...Oranges. Why the distraction from the real issues in this situation? Baghdad is the central government...they are in charge as a SOVEREIGN COUNTRY as in how they fight ISIS. This is the issue... as a SOVEREIGN COUNTRY it is up to them who gets what. Interfering is Helping...Right. <more sarcasm>
