  1. My thoughts on the rest of this year . . . first of all, I've always thought it would show up at the open of the CBI's business day (8 a.m. their time; around midnight our time - depending on daylight savings). It didn't happen today. The CBI will be closed Friday and Saturday. Next seemingly possible time is midnight Sat. - wouldn't that be a heck of a Christmas text from Adam!!! Then we have Sun-Thurs. of next week. This is the window I see for the rest of the year.
  2. Back in the early 1990's I read a book called "The Power of Money Dynamics" by Venita VanCaspel. She predicted that some day the Dow would get to 4,000. I remember thinking how impossible that seemed. Just read where Merriam-Webster's word for this year is "surreal." That sure seems fitting. Not an expert on the market, for sure, so I have no clue. This might be a bubble, followed by a crash. For those of us who would have extra funds to invest post-RV, a small crash would enable us to get in at a good time as it's proven to be a cyclical entity.
  3. I've not planned to be at the big Vegas after-RV party, but if I knew all of you would be there, sitting at the same table, I would have to reconsider. Saw on facebook that a town in Peru has a day each year where those who are at odds with each other have a fist-fight and then go have drinks together. Hopefully we can forego the fist-fight and just have drinks.
  4. Thanks, Synopsis. On third cup of coffee, so it's getting clearer now. Thanks for your clarification. Hoping this is a good week in Dinarland.
  5. All this is interesting and encouraging. My target on this is the spread. It has always been a huge unknown. Apparently we will have a CBI fee and a local bank fee (thanks to Adam, VIPers are slated to have a discount on the bank fee). I'm just having my morning coffee, but, Synopsis, you mentioned a 15% fee. Could you expound a bit for my befuddled brain?
  6. Just listened to today's broadcast on Kim Clement's website. They mentioned again about the stock market getting to 20,000 and how Kim had said (through inspiration of the Holy Spirit) that it connects to a massive breakthrough in the dinar. I have just been meditating on that, and I guess an RV of .10 would be considered massive by some. However, I looked up the word "massive", and one definition was "exceptionally large." Kim had also said in the July 2015 that the breakthrough would allow us to be blessed enough to be able to help others. We can listen to and gain insight from the experts and insiders; but when God does something, it many times defies logic. Let's believe Him when He says He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we can ask or dare think!!
  7. Thanks, Artitech. Searched 11Bravo - it's so surreal to look back at these posts that we called "pessimistic" and see how accurate they were. But I guess many who have stuck it out would have given up if we had known it would be this long. I may be having a memory lapse, but what is MCP?
  8. Thanks for these great articles!! Very encouraging! I seem to remember the CBI said they wanted to get the dinar to $1.134 to $1.17 (stories vary) and then float it up to it's true value. I would just as soon they take a lesson from Kuwait and go ahead and give us the full amount!!
  9. Let me ask these questions: 1) Are you a Christian? 2) How many people have you shared your faith with this year? 3) How many people have you led in the sinner's prayer this year? 4) Are you connected to a local church? 5) Are you a tither/giver? 6) Do you prefer to spend your time arguing about petty disagreements rather than being used of God to impact your sphere of influence and the world through praying in the Spirit and with understanding and thereby receiving direction from the Holy Spirit? Please don't perceive this as judgmental. These are basic biblical commands given to us as followers of Jesus. Sadly I would venture to guess (not pointing at any person) many who call themselves Christian could not quote a scripture from the Bible if their life depended on it. Oh, they could if they used the internet to look it up. This is a call to action and a passionate plea for each of us to, as the Bible says, put away childish things.
  10. Thanks for posting this. Another thing that Kim said (I think at the same time) was to get out of the dinar when it revalued. I have figured that this pointed to a float and many would consider holding at least some dinar to let the value rise. I am not advising anyone what to do, but I have followed Kim long enough to trust his prophecies (and, believe me, there are a lot of false prophets out there). I do also remember Breitling telling people over and over to not be greedy, but to make sure they get out of debt and secure a house and car and retirement funds. I just want us all to be wise.
  11. Oh, Shabs, there is definitely a battle; but it is to be fought mainly in the Spirit. I am excited that those who walk by the Spirit elected a man (imperfect as he is) who is and will make decisions that will turn this nation back to the God of the Bible. There is a Great Awakening coming, and I pray you, Shabs, will see God as you never have before.
  12. I am not offended by this "holiday" card. He is President of the United States, whose citizens have various religious beliefs. I, like Shabs, think this is a classy picture. I make no bones about being a Christian and believe this country was founded on Christian principles, but I believe we need to pick our battles wisely.
  13. Thank you for posting this, R. W. I was hesitant to mention this because of the criticism of Kim Clement, but I have been watching the stock market with excitement. I remember when Kim first prophesied a 20,000 Dow at the time of RV, I was somewhat discouraged. With all the positive signs of a soon-coming revaluation, the rise is the stock market is so encouraging. Whatever thoughts you have against Kim Clement, he was a tool God used, and we will sorely miss him. I am very thankful his staff will continue to "decode" many of the prophecies he gave that have yet to be fulfilled.
  14. I have always felt so sorry for any person caught up in religious legalism and especially putting it on their kids. I would be concerned about this German move being an assault on religious freedom, but, as a Christian, I am not concerned about persecution because I know God can handle it. I am not my own; I am His. He will protect me. I personally am not so upset about the attack on Christianity in the United States - maybe the Church will get off it's backside and start demonstrating the power of God.
  15. Ok, I get it, Olivesman. A place to relax. Those places seem kind of hard to come by these days. I'm not a cigar aficionado but I love a good sangria.
  16. What a great exercise this thread has been in showing exceptionalism, intrusion, compromise and forgiveness. Don't quite understand your need for this thread, Olivesman, but I defend your right to have it (based on no rebuke from the Mods LOL). There are a lot of parallels that could be drawn from this - one being the Church. Oh, well, I have let myself be drawn in again. Much love to all.
  17. Hang in there, Snow. I truly believe our days of deficit are about to be over.
  18. I don't have rial, so this is not my hunt. Wishing the best for you who do. Just wanted to say I remember Breitling addressed the concern that a new Iraqi currency would make our dinar worthless. He said that they could not just eliminate the value of our dinar - they would have to offer exchange to the new currency. One would hope the same would apply to your rial.
