Theoretically, the President's personal finances are supposed to be held in trust for the duration of his presidency. This was why Jimmy Carter found out he was broke after four years in the White House. Now do I believe that this is really the case? Nah. But like another poster stated above, there are supposedly off-shore accounts in the name of Michelle Obama... I guess her personal finances aren't required to be placed in trust. And before you think that I'm just blasting Brother Barry, I'd bet Dubya, Slick-Willie and Bush-the-Elder all kind of did the same thing while they got their mail at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Just sayin'.

Good on them. We also saw an article this week that said that it will take 5 years for the Iraqi Air Force to be able to control their own skies. I understand that Qatar's Air Force has USAF painted all over the sides of their aircraft. Do you think Iraq's Air Force will have the same markings for the short term? How does this play into the Iraqis protecting themselves with the upcoming expulsion of US Forces? Yeah, I'm taking the Lions.
