I agree with the TSA strict rules of no logo shirts or logos on clothing. It is for our protection as citizens. How would handle 20 people walking in an airport or any facility wearing tan pants and wearing a TSA shirt tucked in an wearing a belt. Terrorists would be able to create confusion and a sitiuation of authority. I seem to be at a loss, as I have reread the Exectuive Order 13033, signed by George Bush. It states the only purpose for the order was to protect petrolium, petrolium clean up, and human resources. Additionally, it was created to protect the DFI (Development Fund of Iraq) from all individual and other laws suits against the DFI. It states no where the legal ownership to purchase and own Iraq currency. This was to prptect individuals and companies from clean up law suites. EO 13033 was only for petrolium, the clean of petroium, human rights... nothing about the currency. The kicker in the EO 13033 protect all investments, or properties prior or purchased relating the petrolium. The OE also only protect the United States people, natural born and legal full time foreingers. The Centeral Bank of Iraq was quickly under financail attack and coutries began to attempt a drain of funds, assets owned, and properties under the control... petrolium funds, petrolium assets, and petrolium properties. So a new EO was created to protect these assets. The ammended EO now includes EO 13364. It all relates to petrolium, assets, property, marketing, and other assets owned by the CBI. There is nothing stating anything legal about selling currency. The US government demands all sellers to have proper certification / registration. The lack of registration It is illegal in the U.S. and most other major economies to market an investment without appropriate securities registration. The scammers get around this requirement in two ways. First, it is technically legal to sell hard currency for its numismatic value. In other words it is possible to sell hard currency as a “collector’s item.” Second, some dealers will register with the U.S. Treasury as a Money Service Business (MSB). Registering as an MSB is something that dinar dealers will do to put on the appearance of registration and government oversight. However, the difference between a legitimate MSBs and dinar dealers is that real MBS’ are not marketing an investment. We have been aggressively over pumped that the Dinar is moments, minutes from popping by the Gurus. They are starting to throw additional Gurus to cover their tracks...about 20 more by my account. Only 4 of the times has it been during Octobers, and less in Novembers & Decembers. Link will take you to a tool so you can run an updated history of the IQD movement. I did meet with a CPA this last week to discuss the Dinar. He made it very clear this is not an investment, but hedging currency. The difference is we all has a balance of the asset in our control, the Dinar, and we are hedging the our balanace agaist future profits. Question, are we asking the tough questions and seeking the best possible answers. I am seeing few banks or traders selling Dinar, which means there is fewer locations to return your investm,ent, less surcharge. Yes, we all own real currency, but it could take another 2 years. Just went to the TravelExxgange at the DFW airport. Still no update on the date or rate. They did have people also in the few moments that I stopped asking about an IQD update. A few weeks prior they had a small taped sign saying they do not handle the IDQ. This time the sign was removed. Go RV

My link The CBI is working to hold and reduce the current 7.1% inflation, and predicting a 5% inflatation for 2012. It seems the inflation in Iraq is not as big a factor as being stated. They have seen a spike in their inflation in the last couple of months, but they are managing that trend. Let's Go RV
