I said “drops the mic” to my team, you will know why later in the call. I have been invited to be part of a panel of four people in presidential debate forum. This person that was insulted will be on that panel as well. If it is of any type of problem, I will gladly back away from that. BUT if they give them Chapter 7 and it was because they raised the value of their currency, then it should be seen to you and me by…. We thought that Maliki had it, but we never saw him go to the UNSC. He came back. This is information, NOT INTEL. We believe that Iraq now has Chapter 7. We found Chapter 7 with different verbiage being prepared to give to them in a past-tense form. They need to raise the value of their currency in order to improve their infrastructure that would then stimulate their budget. What did they tell them about the budget yesterday? That was a good one, wasn’t it? Here’s the Financial Committee guy coming up from Parliament coming up and telling the CBI, “We want you to finish the final stages”. At 8:00, Delta will explain phases 2 and 3 of this process. It is so cool to actually see the Parliament of Iraq telling the CBI to do what is necessary. Maliki NEVER met with O, because O does not belong with this. In the third week of our December, what happens? General Petraeus shows up. To be honest with you, that threw us for a loop! All the “cockroaches” were revealed, so that Iraq could get rid of them. All the dictatorships have been cleaned up from the ME. Party, sober, get to work. See you on the third! The 3rd came around, and they got to work big time. The Authors of the Plan met. On top of that, the 2012 budget…this year, no way. You want Chapter 7, make that budget realistic and make it work with the true rate numbers that you know are realistic. In December, the snap of the finger, those that are bombing will disappear. When General Petraeus showed up, they did disappear. Remember, we said billions of dinars would be found “by accident”. This was the perfect time to find this money when they are running out of money. In our month of December, the auctions were moving tons of money across platforms of the world. Inflation is our friend. It is about to run rampant. They are running with a purpose, because they know they are running out of time. The clock is INFLATION! Tick, tick, tick….every second that goes by, the inflation grows greater and greater. The pressure of the Iraqi economy is going to destroy them and their desires to move forward, etc. if they don’t move on this. Look for HCL. They are talking about it everywhere. For 3-1/2 years, they have run the HCL without any consequences. They make zillions…but illegally. The contracts that were signed under 1170 were not true numbers. They are walking into stage 2. This means they HAD to have already raised the value. Stage 1 was the lifting of the 000s! Frank’s broker called today and asked what was going on with Iraq. The broker said he would have to raise the prices. Frank asked if he could hold on for a little while. The IQD is going up very soon. As for now, we are limited to 2.5 million dinar per customer. Between now and the 17th, there will be more than 20 laws passed between now and the 17th. How long has Frank been saying, the last few moments, you will need 7-10 days to pass the laws that are needed to bring this forth. BTW, it was 44 trillion dinar that was actually found! They are running out of money, Family. We know that. To get all of the 000s out of the streets, it cost them a lot of money. They need to raise the value of their currency so that stop losing the reserves of their power….the USD. Frank mentioned Iran. When Iran hypocritically tells us not to block the waterways and then they rebut that what we did in saving their Navy that was captured by the pirates was nothing more than Hollywood drama…those are the very same words the North Koreans used. The CBI has to spend dollars to get dinars, but those dollars are coming out of the reserves. That will be a big problem for the CBI. They are spending 1 billion dollars out of the reserve every 4 days of so that they do the auctions. The more you have American dollars in the Iraqi market; the CBI is spending lots of billions of dollars which will make them lose a lot of money. An article came out today stating that they are spending a lot of dollars. The solution for that is RI/RV!!! The last phase (Phase 3) is the 2-year period in order to phase out everything. They cannot put the lower denominations in without the RI/RV. So we all know that Phase 2 has to be the RI/RV. No one knows the date. There is a lot of pressure to do this. Shabibi told the GOI last year that he would adjust exchange rate based on the passing of the budget. They are coming to Shabibi now telling him to raise the value before they pass the budget. There is a lot of fluctuation in the value of the IQD in the Iraqi market right now. People buy cars and houses, etc. with US dollars. They don’t use dinars for those purchases. This is creating lots of problems. There is a huge shortage of IQD, especially the 000s, right now in Iraq. Those 44 trillion dinars that was found will not help the CBI at all. This money belongs to the GOI. It will help the government, but not the CBI. A lot of rumors are coming out. The CBI is telling us that they expect the IQD to be equal to $1 USD over the next two years. An article came out yesterday saying they are taking measures to make the IQD equivalent to the USD. Logic, in Frank’s opinion, says that you would want to introduce the rate and give 24 hours. Parliament comes back on the 17th. Frank mentioned Jack Lew is Obama’s new Chief of Staff. He once worked for President Clinton and was in charge of the surplus of the Kuwaiti dinar for about three years. He worked for Citigroup at one time. It appears that Jack Lew was also in office when the Kuwaiti dinar revalued! Lew is a budget expert. It makes sense to gradually increase the rate from 1.2 to a higher 3+ rate over time so they can collect these notes and destroy them.
