if a thousand dollars buys 1,000,000 dinars, and they devalue the dollar so it takes 1,000,000 dollar to buy 1,000,000 dinars we just all will be very HAPPY!

I ate a Suzie Q last night.......... my favorite!
It would be poetic justice if they would open their doors again, a few years later, in a right to work state.
Texas, I fairly sure is a right to work state, employers can fire at will!

Hi all
i was wondering if there was any penalty to do a total cash in on an IRA. Over 55 years old and disabled. Thank you!

Long story short you need to buy or get ahold of "The 18% solution" , it has almost everything you need to understand this investment!

lets hope they do vote on monday, i do not feel that the budget passing will be followed immediately with the revalue, but the budget does pertain to all things financial
i do feel that the budget will spark the hcl, if you think about it, the numbers of the budget are from all oil money, and the hcl is about oil money.
if the kurds agree to the budget, then in retrospect they agree to the hcl, the % allocated to them through the budget will be the same allocated to them through the hcl, so i feel the budget is huge for that reason.
i am sure it is posted on here somewhere, but a few months back the imf had disapproved of the budget, and iraq had to make corrections, it is good to know that iraq and the imf are on the same page.
the imf will have a greater impact on the revalue than some may think, the imf and world bank sent agricultural teams over to iraq in 2009 to survey the land so to speak, they assessed ground totals (oil-natural gas-minerals-gold). i am sure that iraq's new exchange will come from these studies.
i was reading on here that iraq was-is going to follow turkey, well i can assure you from an economic stand point that will not happen, the two situations are night and day, turkey was set back 3-4 years economically, and in the economic world it is known as a disaster.
iraq is doing a great job of reducing street dinar, if they were going to r/d this step would not be needed, what they are currently doing now is "lifting the zero's" off of the street, it in iraqs situation is the smartest thing they could do.
we are alot further along than what the iraqi news is letting on, the "lifting the zero's" step started 8-10 months ago, and in my belief there is only 4-6 or 7 trillion in dinar in circulation, well over 100 billion in foreign reserves, and roughly 35-40 trillion in dinar in cbi's vault.
i had one of my classes do a chart on this, and if iraq only had these individual elements that is what there rate could max out at.
i see your point, by adding them up you come out with a very high rate, i would agree that iraqs exchange rate should be around $3.00, however it would be impossible for iraq to come off the starting block that high.
my guess and it is only that is we will see somewhere between $.30-.80, with a slight possibility of it being as high as $1.00.
sorry if i didn't make my self clear, i do not want to be known as one of those pumpers.
thanks
My take on this is it WILL be worth this total amount that the class came up with. But we are looking into the future about 5 to 10 years after the RV. I like your range Sir for the initial amount. Love the analysis, thank-you.

ORIGINAL POST BY DJGABRIELLE
Sorry would not let me quote to a new post!
""Usual Suspects
I've been asked several times, "Who can I trust in the dinar world?" Well, I can't say for certain that you can completely trust anybody, but I think at this point it's safe to say that some are more trustworthy than others.
First we have the people who are saying things every week like "the RV is happening, the rate will be $4 or more, prepare for cash in" .... etc. This isn't an exhaustive list but it's a start. The usual suspects are:
TonyTNT
Dan Atkinson aka "zzzzzzzzz"
Jonnywg
Okie Oilman
Freeway Bill
Footforward
BWM
Bluwolf
Blaino
TerryK
Poppy3
Bulldog75
Hammerman
Gankans
ScottiG
Bear5642
LGTENNIS
Soonerfan62
cap1
Georgiaboy
papajack
IMO you should completely disregard everything that these people have to say. Avoid them like the plague! They're a cancer on the dinar investment.
Next we have the people who don't give rates and dates every week but frequently serve up a heapin' helpin' of BS news analysis. Among them are:
Breitling
Medic
Frank26
Mailman17
JoeP
Kaperoni
Enorrste
SteveI
Wang Dang
Yukon
Take what these people say with a grain of salt. Some of what they say is true but a lot of it isn't. They often offer opinions as facts and most are selling something or have their own website to promote.
The people who IMO offer honest analysis with no hidden agenda are:
Randy Koonce
another site
Scooter
Highlander
Marcus Curtis
Enoch8
Patriot
JayP
Chuckles
Proteus
BondLady
I don't agree with these guys on everything but I think they're honest and informed, and I can listen to them without tossing my cookies.
The bottom line is - do your own research. Use these people not for your sustenance but for guidance to the information you need to draw your own conclusions.

I guess I do not follow you folks when you say you need special instructions and VIP membership or I could loose hundreds of thousands. What I have in my hand is Iraqi Dinar which is cash. You check your by/sell rates (better known as the spread) you bring your Iraqi cash in to have it swaped for US cash. So if the buy rate is $1.00 and I walk in with $10,000,000 dinar why would I loose thousands?? Would the bank not give me 10,000,000 USD since the buy rate is a $1.00. The bank may require you to have an account with them and might have a simple fee of $7.00 or so. The only thing you want to do is put 35% aside just to cover your butt with taxes that is about it. Why do I need a VIP membership and cash out guide.
Okay I understand where you are comin g from. I can see you have your mind made up. Good luck and God speed my friend.

Actually, I have a contrarian view.... I'm now thinking that the EURO collapse will be good for America and economy. With the decline and maybe collapse of the EURO, many of the customers in Europe will be turninhg to America for their needs AND American banks will have many opportunities to grab up Europe's loans that they have to get rid of. very cheaply. This "smells" of renewed American prosperity to me..... contrary to what you may hear from the "doom and gloomers".
Interesting! So I take it you do not believe that our wonderful Federal Reserves has guaranteed the loans over in Europe of their banks. ;)

If you believe this nonsense then I have some VERY nice land in the swamps I 'd like to sell you!!!
Alrighty then!
Please go back and reread the first post, as I find it extremely believable.
They said that only 15% of the respondents live in the Tea parties district.
I know it is a really long read. They do a great job of telling you the sample the sample size and the makeup of the respondents, if you read all the way to the end!

I am going to suggest that you get your family on track to gain financial knowledge. A great starting place would be "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and then the games "cashflow 101" and "Cashflow for kids".
Read the book and in the back they have more resources than one could reasonably read in a year.
Some one that has money problems now, tend to make the money problems worse with more money. :)

I feel Scooter did a great job proving that the IQD was worth about 23 cents each about 6 months ago. I believe Adam with his thoughts of about a dime, so that it can gradually increase. I will be a very happy man at 23 cents, trust me. I will be on the road to develop and start several businesses and investments at 10 cents per IQD. Sure make my day and have it RV at a dollar.
I am grounded and do not believe for a second that it will be worth less than 10 cents after they do what they do.

This amazed me how persistent the kids were to track down a car their dad owned 30 years earlier and "surprised" him with it! Great story!
Love it! B)

Tiffany, you just amaze me at times. Your intelligence is super high, have a great wit, and know how to be extremely charming. I encourage you in your debate to continue with an open mind. I understand where you are coming from, it is just some such as I, believe that PC taken to the limit will kill us as a nation. My goal is to try to curtail this before we start calling Mao a hero.
