KeepM, I have been worried about the old USof A for a while. People say we can't go down, but a quick look at history and we see the Geek empire, the Roman empire, the Ottoman empire just to name a few. It can happen. What worries me more than anything is this world order stuff. Don't want to go there.

Our government has never been open and honest about anything. Most people in the US don't have any idea about how the banking system works let alone how the Fed functions and I am sure that there would be an uprising if they thought they could go into a bank and cash out and the bank said they ran out of money. Too many things we don't know here and probably never will. This country could be great again if the government worried about the people here and not every where else in the world. Charity begins at home.

Most any foreign country requires a person to show that they have a certain amount of income. And you will need to do all things legal or you will be deported. No if's. ands, or whys. I have no problem with those that come to this country in the same way we would have to go to their country. The American person has become lazy and very greedy.

Seems to me that they are like a teenager. Want all the toys all their friends have, but certainly do not want mom and dad telling them what to do with the toys. -
Thor, could not agree with you more. We have the tech and the ability to do many things, just no one wants it in their backyard. Cannot work that way. Same as the politicians, have to quit spending when you run out of money. I remember a time when people had to be responsible for themselves and not wait on a government handout. Way too many regulations that overlap and defeat each other. The government could bring in a lot of money with the minerals rights on public ground.

Sara Johnson, I have no idea how you find all these little tidbits, but they do show that Iraq is trying to do some good in their own way. Love to read this stuff that is off the radar. Thanks! -
I live in Florida and have many customers from Canada, New York, Ohio, Michigan, and many other states up north that come here and open accounts. Should not be a problem to go to another state and open and account if need be.

Cars can and have been running on propane. Propane is part of natural gas. What do we have a large supply of? Does the government want to push this? No. Check it out.

Most local bank people are not aware that there are other money types out here. Plus they are not set up to trade anything but dollars. Have to go to bigger bank for any kind of exchange. Visa and Master Card will do, but also comes with a fee

Just about bet that if someone took a dinar note into the local bank branch and asked the manager what it was, you would have a very low percent of those that would actually know. I live in a small town, know the bank president(very up on the bank system), and he was not aware there was a machine to verify.
