Iraqi currency
Ministry of Finance has prepared a plan to increase the value of the dinar against the dollar and then delete the three zeros from the value of the dinar to contribute to the advancement of the Iraqi economy in the coming period, while the Iraqi Central Bank denied the rumors by making the dollar worth a thousand dinars, A statement issued by the Ministry of Finance, the Minister of Finance (Bayan Jabr) said during his recent visit to the Jordanian capital Amman, said the Central Bank of Iraq confounded financially estimated (twenty two) billion dollars and three tons of gold intended to support the dinar, saying that successful fiscal policy pursued in Iraq have contributed to increasing the value of the dinar against the dollar, noting that all efforts will be channeled to delete three zeros from the value of the dinar.

You have obviously misjudged me over a comment that did not require you to judge my character. I am open to talks with anyone but not open to you taking the time to lecture me without having a clue on how I help others with or without an RV. The sames goes towards how I intend to invest, that my friend is a well laid out plan...
Should I go on to tell you the free time I have dedicated to develop a website and integrate a donations portal to accept donations for abused children for a friend in Texas that I have never even personally met? I am the guy who donates multiple times if even a few dollars at a time at the checkout counter that benefits those with ailments or animals in need. If you were a beggar on the street you too would find I give what I can even when it may be my last few dollars instead of judging them if it will go towards drugs, alcohol or food. I don't know their story and if that's all they have to look forward to because they can't get a break in life then so be it.
I have done what others consider "sacrifice" things in life such as money, time, sweat and all else that comes with it. I don't see it as sacrifice because I could leave this earth without warning but know I did what I could to help while I was here. I care for my family and make sure they are taken care of as well as what I can do for those I may have never even met. To me, that is not sacrifice, that is someone looking beyond their own needs.
So yes, if I say I want a car that I can enjoy then I very well deserve it.

Description of the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of the appearance of Mohammed Saleh project to delete the three zeroes from the currency of the country as strategic as it will reduce the mass of cash circulating in the local markets.
Saleh said: The central bank exceeded the advanced stages in the preparation of studies and logistical preparations for the mission project to delete the three zeroes from the currency and within a specific timeframe being a reformist project of the Iraqi currency.
He added that in the event of obtaining approval by the federal government on the implementation of the project work will be on the tactical level and higher will be the announcement of the implementation and contract with advertising companies and the media to educate citizens on how to use the new currency and to answer all questions raised by him. He said: that the ongoing meetings with the relevant committees in both houses of the Iraqi economy ministers, MPs, and we are now awaiting approval from them to get to the final stages of project implementation.

The federal public budget law of the Republic of Iraq for the financial year 2012/
((Chap. 1))
Revenue
Article 1 first
:- Estimated revenue for the federal budget for fiscal year 2012/$ (102326898000) 1,000 dinars (one hundred and two thousand twenty-six wethlthmaeh and wethmnmaeh billion and eight and ninety million dinars)
As shown in (table/a revenue as major accounts) attached to this law.
B-
Calculation of revenue resulting from the export of crude oil on the basis of the average price (85) dollars per barrel and the rate of export capacity (2,600,000) barrels per day (two and six hundred thousand barrels per day) including (175,000) barrels (one hundred and seventy-five thousand barrels per day) on quantities of crude oil produced in the region of Kurdistan and enter all income already in the Development Fund for Iraq (DFI) Or any other replacement after discount (5%) On war reparations Kuwait or any other rate determined by the Security Council and reimbursed to the United Nations.
II:

Dollars) and World Bank complement the $ 2 billion dollars (two billion
Dollars) during the year 2012 using special drawing rights SDR b

The federal budget is expected in addition to borrowing under
Treasury remittances.
((Chapter III))
General and final provisions
Article 3
Limits the exchange of key accounts for expenditure allocations (salaries, goods and services, benefits, social benefits, grants, subsidies, other expenses, capital expenditure) and expenditure for projects approved within the federal public budget of the Republic of Iraq by the Federal Minister of finance and the Minister or head of non-associated with the Ministry or Governor or head of Council Exchange forums blunt power directly in the light of the appropriations earmarked under annual balanced in coordination with the Federal Ministry of Finance/Accounting Chamber.
Article 4

Article 5

Article 6
First : use the approved appropriations in this Act until 31 December of the financial year 2012/

Article 7

Article-9.

Article-10-first

IV:

BAGHDAD, Feb.10 (AKnews)- Funding the Sahwa Councils' members from the national budget is "legal" due to the "significant" role the Councils played in securing the country, an official said today.
Amer Khuzayee, Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki's advisor for national reconciliation affairs, told AKnews that funding the Sahwa (Awakening Councils or Forces) from 2012 budget does not contradict with the Iraqi Constitution.
The Sahwa forces are not affiliated with any political parties, he said, "but are exploited to counter terrorist cells and restore stability."
The Councils, labeled by the U.S. forces "Sons of Iraq" were shaped in 2006 by tribal leaders in Anbar. After a successful experience in the province, the Councils spread over the other Iraqi provinces, with a total of 100,000 militants.
The Iraqi government has already began recruiting the tribal forces in the Iraqi army and police but the process is too slow.
Each Sahwa member is granted $360 USD ( 350,000 IQD) as his monthly salary.

Date for controversial national conference to be set on Sunday

ERBIL, Feb. 8 (AKnews) – Political leaders in Iraq are expected to finally set a date this Sunday for a much-debated and anticipated national conference that is hoped to put an end to political dispute in the country.
Spokesman for the Kurdish Blocs Coalition (KBC) in the Iraqi Council of Representatives Farhad Atroushi said the political parties in the country will hold a meeting on Sunday to decide on the date of the conference.
The meeting is expected to include 15 representatives from the major political blocs: seven from the National Coalition led by Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, five from the al-Iraqiya List led by rival leader Ayad Allawi, and three Kurds.
The conference was originally the idea of Iraqi President Jalal Talabani, a Kurd, where all political parties negotiate to find solutions for the issues facing Iraq following the withdrawal of US forces in Iraq in December last year.
Relations between the National Coalition and the al-Iraqiya blocs - two major blocs who have 180 seats together in the 330-seat parliament - deteriorated after attempts by the Shiite-dominated authorities in Baghdad to arrest Sunni leaders on terror charges.
According to observers, the attempts were used by the Shiite Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki as a pressure card, especially after Sunni leaders in Diyla and Salahadin provinces announced plans for creating federal autonomous regions in their provinces and accusing Baghdad of repression against the Sunnis.
The news follows the return of Talabani on December 28 following surgery in Germany. He returned directly to Baghdad because the long-heralded conference "depends on his leadership", said senior Patriotic Union of Kurdistan member Fuad Masum.
The KBC previously stated that it feared the conference may fail or not even go ahead in light of the intensifying war of words between the State of Law Coalition and Iraqiya List.
Meanwhile the Sadrist movement led by Muqtada al-Sadr rejected any idea of holding the conference outside of Baghdad, noting that the KBC agreed on holding the conference in the capital. An official source in the presidency office of the Kurdistan Region previously said President Massoud Barzani will not participate in the conference if it is held in Baghdad.
The debate over where to hold the conference arose after the leader of Iraqiya List Ayad Allawi preferred to hold it in Kurdistan. Barzani later announced that he will not boycott the conference if it is held in Baghdad, but stated he will send his representative in his stead.
The Sadrist movement's Ahrar bloc then launched a fresh effort at mediating between the State of Law Coalition and Iraqiya List in the run up to the conference.
