Hey Synopsis all I can think about, and this is not at all meant in any negative way, is Malarky and his band of 40 thieves riding up on their horses and stealing anything they can along the road. ALA the great train and stage coach robberies of the 1800"s. I understand how this will help all countries involved but a train, road, or otherwise running through Iraq and Insanity could only have the land pirates drooling at the mouth waiting for this. A couple of things that are not apparent in this article. Of the 50% that they paid with still another 50% due how much of that WAS paid in dinar and how much WAS paid in Euro. I would bet dollars to donuts that Pompeo told them to pay as LITTLE as possible in dinar. Also how much was actually due to Iran????? And will Iran change the goal post insisting that Iraq still owes them after they paid the balance. If they paid 1% in dinar and 99% in Euro that still would not give Iran much when an RV occurs. Just my and something to think about. SR
