Anyway, I thought it was illegal to purchase currency with a credit card?!?

Hi, I'm brand new to this forum and have been watching the FOREX for a few weeks now. I thought it significant that before the end of February there was no mention or tracking of IQD/USD that I could find. However, I had also just started watching it and may not have correctly identified it. Since then, I see it everywhere. Is it just me hoping the RV is materializing before my eyes or legitamate positive attention in favor of RV? What are your thoughts, Hunny Gee or anyone?
