I believe that last year and the year before--that's as long as I have been in the dinar craze--they shut down for a week after their fiscal year to do an internal audit. I don't think this one is anything special. Don't shoot me for what I remember--we just have to take it one day at a time.

I read that article a couple of days ago. Somewhere in it, or around it, it said to click somewhere for more information. In that info there was info about how at pre-redonimination 1000 idq would equal 1000 usd at post-redenomination. I am not sure how all that works myself, or exactly what it means. That's why even everyone's xe.com site, that they seem to place all their confidence in, doesn't even make me feel confident about this rv. I read and research the forums, and I have lots of education, and I still feel stupid because it doesn't make sense to me either, but if you say that l--- word around here or anywhere else, you have to stand in the corner for two hours. So don't say it. Just keep looking and if anyone finds anything that does make sense, please let me know too.

That was a great post Doc. I've only been in this thing for two years, and the first year I fell for all those dates and rates as well. I am much better educated at this moment and have just started to relax, laugh and read some of the sh#t we see people pumping out. And the word is "pumping." Also, thanks DOC for your service over there and anywhere else you may go to serve our country. We owe our freedom and our right to this free speech that we are using daily to people like you. If you go to www.xe.com, there is an article that explains how this works. That site seems to be everyone's bible for looking to see if the Dinar has rv'd. If you go to the currency exchange and put in 25000 IQD and change to USD, you should see the spot to click on the article. I found it yesterday, and it made alot of sense, but I'm not quitting my job over it.

I promise you I have been on one site or another for 2 years and it has been the 15th, 30th, Friday, Sunday or next month since I have been here. You'll keep hearing that until it finally does, if it does.

I was asking the same question. I hate it when people say something, especially sounding like they know something the rest of us don't, and then just end with no explanation. If I had some info, at least I would tell where I got it.

I am new here, but have been at another site for about a year. I have an MBA, so I know about business, but not much about investing. My hubby and I invested because of a friend's advice and we are very excited about the possible outcome.
