DV, I haven't posted recently, as I haven't seen much worth posting about. I'm RV/RD debated out. Regardless, IMO Erbil is the crux to this whole thing. It touches all the "relevant" issues: power sharing/formation of government, Ch 7, HCL, and Art 140. These are issues on which M needs to provide assurances to the Kurds on, and the Kurds need to have these assurances implemented. The UN wants to see these things done too, along with the border demarcation and artifacts/remains. Hopefully these two can figure this out. Without it, we can't move forward.

Would Shabbs present something he knew would be rejected and then take to the media to flame the GOI for holding up the "three zeros" plan? If this is all smoke, they're doing a heck of a job.
