BondLady has already debunked this in that she has NOT received any confirmation and that this is still "RUMOR". This rumor is stemming from trumped up hearsay from BLAINO on another site. I feel that a person's faith in God and their spirituality is and should be a very personal thing. I am not a big fan of organized religions.....Christianity included. The corruption and hypocrisy I see in religion sickens me. I'm not a big fan of the evangelical aspect these people are delivering their news. It adds an element to this call that makes it kind of over the top. "This is a blessing...", "When this thing revalues, we will receive our blessing."....I'm kind of put off by this. Just sayin'.

Yeah....I'm not too keen on this idea either.... Just one more way banks are getting their hooks into their customer's personal lives. I kind of like the old days, where you had to actually sign your checks. I'm still a big fan of cash. I like it when I go into a store to buy something and the cashier goes pull me up in their system and say, "What's your name, sir?" and I go....."Cash". And then they say....."First name?". And I say....."Cash". I hate how businesses ask you for personal information. The SSN was never meant to be an Identification number. My Dad's social security card even says it on it. "Not to be used for Identification". Oh how easily we give up our rights and personal privacy.....for the means of "making purchases easier". Ok....rant over.

I would like to hope it is going to pan out this way. If the OP is smart enough to put a plan like this together.....then you can bet your booty that the US Government and Capitalistic Overlords have certainly though of it. I echo what others have said. We are talking about rebuilding a nation that has been ravaged by warfare and unrest for years. Its people oppressed. Its government still trying to "figure it out". Its about getting them to let go of the barbarous traditions of the past and embrace a new view for their own future. Getting three very different groups (Shiites, Kurds and Sunnis) to get along and play nice together.....yer talking about hundreds if not thousands of years of opposing traditions, bitter rivalries, and presumed grievances to deal with. It sure as heck ain't gonna happen over night. I'm sure the dinar will revalue at some point....it has to in order for the Iraqis to reenter the world economy....but...I think anyone that thinks its going to happen overnight and we will all be multi-millionaires, rolling in USD...is fooling themselves.....or at the very least, setting themselves up for disappointment because of unrealistic expectations. I only bought a million dinars....relatively low investment cost for me....but potentially HUGE return in the long run. I saw what happened with the Kuwaiti dinar....people made HUGE money on that. I feel Iraqi will have a similar outcome. Keep in mind, the US government has invested billions upon billions into rebuilding Iraq. "They" are going to want a return on that investment. I guarantee it. The US government stands to win BIG if the dinar revalues. I'm thinking that TPTB are banking on it to pull our own country out of debt while setting up trade mechanisms for Iraqi oil at a substantially discounted rate for years to come. If Iraq gets its production up into the 10 million BPD range and all of their oil is valued in Petro Dollars (dinar), the dinar has no where to go but up. Just be patient. Chillax. Its all good.

I personally feel we will see the dinar SLOWLY rise in value over the next 5 years. I cannot see that the US or any other country would allow 500,000 of its citizens become overnight multi-millionaires. I think this RV will occur very slowly....it might RD (remove 3 zeros from the currency) and then immediately RV (moving the decimal on the nominal rate by 3 zeros)....but that will just mean a 25K dinar note would only net you $21 on the exchange....hardly a windfall for anyone that invested in this. Then I think we will see the dinar rise to the pre-war $3.50 mark, but that just means a 25K note will get you about $65-70.....once again....hardly the windfall we were all hoping for. But still.... That would be a 300% increase in my investment....still a gain overall.....and that's cool. So much for becoming an overnight multi-millionaire. *shrug*

Yeah...no joke. I think most, if not all of them, are talking out of their a$$es. I mean....anyone that is already invested, most likely is adopting a "wait and see" attitude and will NOT be purchasing any more dinars....like myself.... So....why then all the hooplah? Do these idiots REALLY think their crap will lure in people already invested to purchase more dinars? I seriously doubt it. I think this is a smart investment...and one that requires patience. The thing that's getting me is that there seems to be a convergence of intel from these people. I get the feeling, instead of each having a separate story, they are all starting to work together and getting their story straight amongst themselves so that the line of crap is now the same line of crap from all of them. I've been reading this board from the standpoint of "its something to do. Its entertaining".....but the convergence of the "Intel" between all the "guru's" is really just starting to piss me off that these guys are being so irresponsible. Ok...please explain what they said. I am very curious about this and have heard rumor that the US Treasury was beginning to print its own notes and requiring banks to stock them.....but I am very curious as to what the bank managers said in response to this question. I also would like a link to the currency. You said that the new notes are in a commercial....post a link to it please. My searches aren't turning up anything. I get the feeling that this rumor about the US Treasury printing its own notes to replace the Fed notes is just that....rumor....and isn't happening at all. Some confirmation on this would be nice, because it really would clear up some fears and would certainly point to a global reset of currencies in the world.

If its 54 billion DOLLARS worth of of currency in reserve, at the current rate, that is about 63 TRILLION in dinars worth they are holding in reserve. How many dinars are in actual circulation? Is this statement an indicator that the CBI has collected a good majority of the outstanding big denoms and are holding them now? Is there a dinar shortage? Trying to understand what's so special about this statement and how would it apply to changing the exchange rate of the dinar in the world market? *confused*

I purchased my dinar from Ali as well....all of my 5K notes are identical and came with a notarized De La Rue certificate. Be aware that the 25K, 10K, 5K and 1K are all different sizes physically, with the 25K note being the largest of the bills.

I understand your frustration.... But...You can't realistically expect the guy to come clean on anything. No doubt, the feds have had their eye on Ali ever since he started the business. Do you really think that they haven't monitored his every move and everyone he has sold to or bought from? Certainly, in order to continue his business he has had to abide by a very strict set of regulations and guidelines. Loose lips sink ships, and he will surely pay a price if he were to divulged any insider information that could tip off or disrupt what ever plan the feds have in mind for the dinar. There is much rumor and conjecture as to how this is all going to shake out and it isn't just about the dinar. I feel that the entire world economy is in the middle of a huge transition. I'm also certain that there is an EPIC power struggle going on at the very top of the pyramid. I honestly believe there is a battle of good vs. evil where you have a malevolent faction that wants to eradicate a good majority of the world population and bring everyone under a one world government and currency (SDR's - Special Drawing Rights) that is controlled by and for the benefit of a very select few juxtaposed against a benevolent faction (or group of factions) that wants the economic system changed, wealth taken back from those that stole it and make life on earth better for everyone. The bottom line is, what's going to happen is what's going to happen. Luckily, I don't have much invested in this. Just enough so that if it comes out at a rate of 1:1 or better....I can quit work for a while and focus on my health. Don't harsh on Ali. Nothing you can do about it except roll with it.

Thanks for the +1. I'm of the same mindset as you... I've come to the brilliant conclusion that, in this information age, truth is becoming harder and harder to find. I've discovered the only real truth is what I can see, hear, and feel in my own experience. Everything else is "hearsay". My problem with it all is a frustration from not feeling I'm in control of my own life. Normally I have a very centered, internal locus of control. I am who I am, responsible for my own thoughts and actions. But when ever I look at things on a macro level......and view the world stage....I see the corruption and the way that the powers that be laugh in the face of Justice. I see how millions of people suffer, so that the very select few can be rich beyond the dreams of avarice. I just feel...helpless. Kinda sucks. The bottom line....everyone should be a critical thinker whenever our government tries to spoon feed us. Everyone on CNN, from the president, to the expert advisers, to the press asking the freakin' questions....they are coached and its all designed to create public opinion. I personally find it disgusting that Americans were/are celebrating, essentially, the murder of another human being. OBL was never even charged by the FBI, CIA, NSA or the Justice Department, for 9/11. The media released a story, and everyone just bought into the boogie man theory and ran with it. You'd think, with Navy Seals and the type of non-lethal weapons they have at their disposal.....you'd think they could have subdued OBL and captured him. But NO! They killed him and dumped the body without any third party confirmation. So now we just have to take their word for it. I hope everyone is skeptical.

I echo that this is an incredibly stupid post. The announcement of OBL's death has nothing to do with any currency RV. I say "The Announcement", because I truly believe that OBL was killed in Afghanistan 6 or 7 years ago.... This is a politically timed "wag the dog", designed to draw attention away from the fact the Obama BC was a fake, and make Obama look like this hero that has delivered us from this great evil! A guy with renal failure that's been living in caves and hide-away shanties. The great boogie-man! Ooooooooooh! I totally smell a false flag operation occurring in the next week or so. I thought it was a 35% cap gains on currency transactions? And they won't let us exchange dinar for metals, we have to convert to USD before hand, and fill out the tax forms at time of cash in. Can someone post an actual link to the currency exchange tax laws? Of if someone here really knows what the heck is going on with this....please list the tax requirements for a currency exchange that results in windfall profits. If this thing really does revalue in the $1 + range....there are gonna be a lot of rich average joe's like me...I'm sure the fed and the USgov are gonna want their slice. Just the facts, Ma'am.
