  1. CL- Only us old guys know where those words came from.....nice. -ddprint22
  2. Shedagal- Good point. In lieu of incoming news from many directions and with the increase in big picture info., I have done a bit of soul searching myself. Even now I am trying to get my priorities in line with what I should do regarding on-or-off shore investments. I do love what is going on with the voting issues. At the end of my pursuit, I'm going along with God's plan. -ddprint22
  3. Let's start with this one. *** Breitling *** Here's what's interesting. I want you to understand this. Especially the pro Trump people. You know I'm a conservative. The people that created the Iraqi dinar are hoping that Biden gets in. That's Cheney, Bush Jr., Donald Rumsfeld all these guys. Isn't that kinda strange? A lot of people are incorrectly thinking that if Trump doesn't stay in office this thing is over...Cheney, Bush Jr., Donald Rumsfeld all these guys they want Biden to get in. Completely against what I want but that's the reality prism you need to look through... Is a Biden type entity the only way or reason to bring back the previous value of the Iraqi dinar? Is a Trump type entity interested in restoring economies in the USA and show other countries how it's done - by example? I would think that allies of the USA would mirror our capitalist ways and strive to do the same. I would think that allies of the USA would mirror our way of prosecuting corrupt government entities from all political flavors and restore their Constitutions and in turn, restore what previous bad players have done to lower their ways of life and monetary systems. At the end of the day, the bad guys get spanked and the good guys reap the rewards. Maybe I watched too many episodes of Lassie as a kid.... ok, it was last week. Just a thought . . . (time for supper, later.) -ddprint22
  4. USA starts in October.... cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/fields/228.html - ddprint22
  5. I think I read a few years back that many Governments start their fiscal year on October 1st. Just a vague memory though... Nope. Just checked. Normal calendar year. I got nuthin... - ddprint22
  6. WOW ! Gonna step out of my comfort zone for a second. 'Why can't women just accept us (Joe B.) for who we are? Always trying to change us'. I digress into my male chauvinistic self. Just a joke here. No hatters. ddprint22
  7. Maybe this needs to move to another topic (or not) All - Special thanks to Julie at Dinar Vets for the step-by-step process to accomplish this VIP Member sign-up ... Solution to additional VIP Memberships for friends-and-family - (sounds like a cell phone commercial) when you take the initiative to include them in this ride at possibly your expense. Obtain from the individual(s) or open new email account for individuals. As Caye98 - said in the previous post, "Make sure you are not logged in to Dinar Vets when you add a new membership. " Have the individual(s) 'or you' sign the individual up to be a member of the Dinar Vets web site using a new user name & their new or old email address of the potential member. Once signed in as that member(s) user name and email address, you can have them or 'you' can purchase a VIP Membership for whatever term. B-dee B-dee, dats all folks. (Special Note: If you are paying for another new member, make sure you drop the recipients name into the billing box to show them and not you as the new VIP Member) Don't worry, if you are paying for your kiddo's membership and his/her name is in the billing box - you will still get the freakin bill! Otherwise you just purchased another VIP Membership with your name on it ! oops ! Done. -ddprint22
  8. Adam M., I can't move forward on purchasing two (2) additional 'monthly paid' VIP Memberships for two (2) of my sons without some direction. I would appreciate it if Adam 'or' someone with the answer would respond. No guesses, just factual process please. Thanks in advance. -ddprint22
  9. - Caye98, Yes. That is my concern. Unfortunately I can not purchase for other family members with the link provided. Once in the cart . . . I can not purchase two (2) additional VIP Memberships The cart does not allow a different name to be inserted (Only billing and card information) I would hope I can alert Julie to make these memberships to two (2) other names after I pay. What's your opinion? - ddprint22
  10. Good morning Adam Montana ! I have been all-in for a few years now. As you may already know by my past history, many of my bases at DV are covered. Not to be a downer here, but judging by my family genes I may not live forever. No big surprise. After this stint, I've got someplace else to be anyway. Question: So . . . would it be prudent to go ahead and include (add) a few additional family members to the VIP Group to carry on the family legacy? They are not engaged with this web site nor investment, but they will be responsible in managing and the continuance of my legacy at a later date. Concern: I would hate the idea of taking one of them to an out-of-country investment meeting, but have to leave them in the waiting room while the learning process and experience is in-the-works behind closed doors. - ddprint2
  11. Dinar Thug - I know you are just re-posting here, however If this quote from Guru Breitling is true . . . 4-22-2016 Newshound Guru Breitling How is the dinar going to be taxed? How I discovered how it’s going to be taxed, I went back through some of my tax records and one of the project I had was Brazil …It was actually a very significant amount of currency I brought back and I looked to see how I was taxed and it was ordinary income…it was a big chunk and that is the way they taxed it. I’m NOT a tax guy alright…It’s different in each state on how you can set things up and how you categorize things and how you can spend it…so you get the gist. Ordinary income is going to be across the board in the entire country. [NOTE: At the appropriate time you will want to speak with your tax expert...everyone's situation is unique.] All I can think about is . . . Go IBC Group. Wiez gunna bie en uh goot plase, wile duh masses ure gunna git takun tew duh cleenerz. (I know - (sp) spealin ain't write, I'm bored with correctness. For now on, outside the lines for me) - ddprint22
  12. Seeing this in Yahoo/National news is good - http://news.yahoo.com/iraqi-kurdish-governments-agree-oil-deal-094736710--finance.html
  13. Adam - Ok . . . Now that I've had time to digest your post . . . ...... You're a Cheese Head? ...... You have an opinion? ...... Someone a few posts before lovingly described you as a dictator on your own site? ...... Your a Cheese Head? ...... Cheese Head? Other than the Cheese Head stigma, (just kidding) I hope that someday we live in the same neighborhood, maybe in The DR . I don't want to live next door to you. You'll probably have too many visitors and friends across the world stopping by all the time. Lotsa noise and partying. I only have enough happy drinks and back-yard grilling stuff for a few friends and neighbors. So . . . I'll come over to your house. Yer da man - -ddprint22
  14. WOW ! Yew Dinar Nuts really seam too hav uh problum wen dah sight goez doun. Yew stres owt ober evrythun ! Now me? I don't have a problem. I didn't try to bring the site up every other hour . . . Oh ! I'll be going to church this Sunday for that lie . . . Welcome back Adam and all the Dinar Vets crowd ! - ddprint22
  15. One more point. If the IQD can 'NOT' be deposited in a US bank as IQD in a foreign currency account. Maybe you could wire your IQD to a Warka Bank in Iraq. If this is for you, look up on this site, 'how to get a Warka Bank Account'. Then wire your IQD to The Warka Bank in Iraq. This is just another option. This makes your IQD a bit disconnected from you and in the USA, but maybe you could prolong the IQD 'conversion period' for a later date as the value of the IQD increases.
  16. $1.00 is my run-to-the-bank button, . . . with stipulations. Here we go . . . One plan would be to only convert an amount of IQD that you need immediately. Period. Stand back and get a clear picture of what the economies are doing throughout the world for 3-6 months. Another plan would be to find a bank that would allow you to deposit your IQD into an account as IQD. (You would need to find a foreign currency bank branch to do this) Then if the IQD increases in value while in the bank you can simply watch your balance increase as you compare the IQD to the rest of the currencies in the world. If you need a small amount of USD simply convert enough to USD to get you through. Keep in mind once your IQD are in the bank as an IQD account, the denomination (25,000 note) of currency that was initially deposited is unknown from the day the deposit was made-forward. All the bank knows is you have (X) amount of IQD in your account. NOTE: If you can't go to Iraq and deposit your IQD in a place like Warka Bank, find a bank in the USA that will deposit your foreign currency as IQD. If the IQD goes international I would think that Citi Bank, Wells Fargo, BOA and Chase would be there with open arms to accept your IQD into a foreign currency account. An idea would be to convert your IQD to USD. Purchase lower denominations of IQD, put them in a safe place and watch for an opportune time to convert them to USD or whatever currency you choose at that time. I haven't seen a time limit to convert the 'three zero IQD notes' to USD or lower denominations of IQD, but I do expect to see it as soon as the IQD goes international. Another idea would be to have an IBC convert the IQD to USD (or whatever currency you choose), deposit the funds into an IBC bank account. Next have the IBC immediately purchase the lower denominations of IQD and store them in a private depository off shore. At this point in time you could ride the wave of a value-increase of the IQD until you choose to get-off-the-ride, convert to another investment and move on. If you don't know what an IBC is, look it up on this site. A whole new world is out there waiting to be discovered. I did and so can you. Whatever you decide is best in this investment for you is just that. Best for you. Never look back in sorrow. Just chalk-it-up as experience. Try to make the experience a good one. Do not do something with your IQD because someone else is doing the same thing. These chat rooms are just that, 'chat rooms'. - Not advice. Just opinions. Just like mine. Consider what is best for you today, tomorrow and then after.
  17. WOW ! When I read this information I visualize a slippery slope covered in monkey poo. The IRS employees who received their orders from above were doomed from the start. It seems a little tough for the IRS employees and their superiors / lawyers in Washington as they try to 'polish this turd' for the interrogators.
  18. Micro-managed from D.C. ? ! ? ! Washington at its best ! Look who's just been caught with the cookie jar lid in his hand ! These guys in D.C. deny first, then change the question for their final answer later !
  19. SWFG - Thanks for recommending that we 'read up' on the history of the monetary system and what groundwork has been set even before our time. I appreciate the fact that you are challenging us to educate ourselves before asking a barrage of questions, and maybe before we have acquired the mere understanding of the way things work. Yer da man ! Now, where did I leave my library card. Oh yea, AMAZON HERE I COME ! - ddprint22
  20. Good evening - Moneysoon, Yes. Notes would be great. Did you invest individually or as a IBC? Please send private message at your convenience. $10K may set me back a few weeks but I like the saying, "If you can't run with the big dogs, stay on the porch". I'd say 'woof woof' but I'm still a little yipper. Thanks for your response, -ddprint22
  21. Moneysoon - or anyone who may like to help, If you would be so kind as to share your alternate plan I would be very interested to hear your ideas on investing in the ISX. NOTE: I already have an IBC, and a funded IBC bank acct. for this purpose. I am only interested in investing in the ISX as an IBC. I see the forms to include my 'personal' name and information, but am not sure when I get to insert my IBC. 1) Does the beginning process include 'personal info.' and later on allow the IBC to be the primary name 'out in front'? 2) Are you familiar with this process if investing as an IBC? 3) Is the advantage of setting up a bank acct. with a Warka type bank simply to diversify as: a)money in the bank saving acct? money invested in a bank 'CD' ? & c)a 'buffer-go between' (such as Warka) to an outside 'broker' to invest in the ISX? > Paperboy has previously said to keep your IBC away from Warka. If this is the case then what is the path of least resistance and best anonymity as an IBC investing in the ISX ? I keep reading over the information in DV and what I seem to find is there is allot of statements that are 'quite dated' on this process. Note To Adam: A clean-up 'and' direction to a 'current day' method of investing in the ISX as an IBC would be a great to us IBC nuts. - or direct my 'sorry ash' to the right spot. Thanks in advance for 'any' and 'all' responses. -ddprint22
  22. WOW - What a flashback ! Made me want to get out the ole LP's and play a little Yellow Snow ! Now how do I get this LP in my DVD/CD Player ? . . . Damn Hippies . . . Keep em Coming -
  23. Lost Soul (aka Marc) Welcome to the predictably-unpredictable-life-of-dinar-world ! (watch for the books, magazine publications and movies - coming soon ! To a cinema or news stand near you !) I am of the 'same status as your previous statement'. This seems to be a love-hate-marriage-relationship with a currency within a waring group of people that have argued since the beginning of time. Politics, monetary policy, disagreements between tribes, a countries assets and many self serving people, including you and I. WOW ! What did you (or any of us) expect ? Then we add the peanut gallery (that's us) that stand back and laugh, cry, get upset, pray, cuss, demean ourselves, put God in, take God out, praise our Government, blame our Government, The Iraqis, The Kuwaitis, Iran, Syria, Greece, Europe, The UN, BIS, IMF, CBI, GOI, etc and all who do-not-do what we hope for or see things our way, we stand as speculators ! (did you ever think you had to memorize and know so many abbreviations?) We are the 'meaning' of Speculating ! (meaning of speculator : need to get uh life?) To mention a few reads: We have on-shore, off-shore, good banks, bad banks, guru's, prophets, visions, I-had-a-dream-people, saw-signs-and-writings-in-their-oatmeal people, crystal ball statements, matrix of whatever projections, those that know someones cousins illegitimate neighbors nephews gardener, (what?) (stop !) The fact is no-one has the answer for what the future holds. If you have lurked long enough you will probably need to be re-educated on your ability to read without skimming over paragraphs, looking for facts and truth in the words of any given statement or article. Some of us may need a few years of therapy to interact with society again. (sign me up !) Fact of the matter. "We are just here to speculate". Nothing more, nothing less. As you were lurking I'm sure you now realize, with the exception of a small group of posters, the quantity of posts are not in any way a direct correlation with quality-of-content. Lurk-on my friend. I will be there right next to you, with an occasional post or two. So here's a shout-out from Indiana, "Howdy Florida Dude ! ". - if you're one of the entities mentioned above please accept my apology. (not!) - See ya in therapy ! (I have to wait until after the RV to afford the best I can get) -ddprint22 (aka Jon)
