  5. Sorry guys, for some reason the DV site won't allow me to remove the Arabic text. Stran Abdullah: Shiite alliance -Kurdish objective necessity to complete the construction of the new Iraqi state PUKmedia -19/11/2012م - 6:24 م | عدد القراء: 7 PUKmedia - 19/11/2012 - 6:24 pm |Hits: 7 Student media in the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan need to activatethe historic alliance between the Kurds and the Shiites not only proud past ofthe common struggle in opposition to the stage Saddam's dictatorial rule, butfor the tasks of the next phase, which requires completion of the Iraqi stateon the basis of a federal and democratic. The media Kurdish Stran Abdullah, editor Kordstani Nui issued bythe Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, commenting on the statements by the Iraqiparliament from state law Izzat Shabandar, told the Middle East issued today19/11 on the end of the Shiite alliance - Kurdish, said: that this alliance isimportant not love in the past struggle romantic, but because the completion ofthe new Iraqi state requires this alliance, there are fundamental issues inbuilding the Iraqi state has not yet completed, such as the issues of federalauthority, wealth and disputed areas and the formation of a democratic statefederalism, that these fundamental issues were out joint struggle for the Kurdsand all Iraqi sects other against the former regime, and will continue thecommon struggle existed as long as the building of the Iraqi state on the basisof liabilities core not yet been completed, although our transition fromopposition to power because building the new state and the requisite of theAlliance objective is wider than temporary situation because of the Shiites andKurds in judgment. He Stran Abdullah: The idea (of the oppositionlaws and conditions, and the rule of laws and conditions) also indicates Mr.Shabandar true in the case of a request of power and governance on the absenceof time, either the issue of building the state require objective conditions, including alliances between the main political forces and do not conflict withthe Constitution. As said Stran Abdullah: The Shiite alliance -Kurdish reinforced legitimacy historical expand its composition when calledleadership Kurdistan need to involve Sunnis in the government in preparationfor the continuity of their participation in the construction of the new stateand four-party alliance, which included bipartisan Alkordian and the Dawa Partyled by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and the Islamic Supreme Council promotesalliance with the Iraqi Islamic Party bringing خماسيا and parties come and goas governments, but that remains is the components of Iraq and the concept ofpartnership in building the state government partnership begins and ends theapplication of the Constitution whatever its shortcomings (controversy). He was surprised by the Kurdish member of theOffice of Media PUK Shedding Mr. Shabandar Alliance Kurdish - Shiite pretextincompatibility with the Constitution, as he says in another subject all thosewho say that the Constitution is the authority to resolve outstanding issues isnot accurate, as the Constitution did not ministering one, what means that Mr.Shabandar reject the constitution as a reference to resolve how correct thiswith that. Kurdish writer added: Kurds consider theConstitution a reference to solve problems and the Kurdish position besustained in harmony with the Constitution whenever we saw conflictingattitudes of some members of the state of law and God knows that theConstitution protects the Kurds and other Iraqis of temporary policies andconflicting attitudes of some. He was surprised at Stran Abdullah's callShabandar for the Kurds to declare their position real partnership with theArabs, he said: The evidence on the claimed, the situation Kurdish partnershipKurdish Arab position is clear, Temple بالنضالات joint alliance between Kurdsand Arabs and between the Kurds and Shiites, the alliance sacked by Mr.Shabandar layer Students as well as power is installed in the positionprovisions of the constitution, which he deems a leading figure in the statelaw (he came to the aid of anyone) It thus transmitting the core issues of thedispute to the first box in the absence of a clear reference. Stran Abdullah said that the problem of some ofthe Iraqi elite and Mr. Shabandar their model is that it Ihsron Iraqi nationalidentity in the specific demands of the components, while image of the Iraqinational identity will not be complete and comprehensive as not taken thedemands of the other components into consideration. Iraqi national identity identity of the vehicle for the Kurds,Arabs and Turkmen, Shiites and Sunnis, Christians, and not only simplified meetID requirements of the party that leads the power whatever its title. . Stran Abdullah said that the declaration of thestate does not wait for the approval of the Kurdish Habandarah but the optionof federal and voluntary union who make fun of him a leading figure in statelaw, is the choice of the people of Iraqi Kurdistan and the option through aconstitution voted in 15/10/2005, Does Mr. Shabandar want a forced choice inUnion ?. He assured the media Kurdish Stran Abdullah, aleading figure in the Dawa Party that Kurdistan is part of a federal Iraq, nota neighbor, said even neighboring countries deal according to the Charter ofthe good-neighborly, how province is strength in economic development andpolitical source of strength for Iraq and not a source of weakness, and addedif there forms in the nature of the relationship between the province and thecenter, the solution to this dilemma is in the Constitution, which guaranteescomplete the construction of the new state, and gives what to the KurdistanRegion and other regions doomed and it gives the federal government in Baghdadmoney and Maaliha, also our reference is the Constitution, not thejurisprudence of this political or that. Said Stran Abdullah: vigil seriousness demandedby Shabandar must be a pause on the basis of the Constitution in order to be apause solid and not pause fragile crumble where alliances also crumble with theaspirations of Iraqis, all Iraqis, in building a new federal, and stressed thatthese stances demanded by the Kurds more of time and they are still demandingRajin that Asafhm the Constitution and the Shiite alliance - Kurdish enhancedbroader alliance with the year Matova courage, hope that used by Mr. al-Malikiin the right place, a brave alliance partnership with each of the leaders thecourage of Iraqi Shiites, Sunnis and Kurds. http://translate.goo...3D88970&act=url

  14. There are, to the best of my recollection, three articles within this thread, which link do you need please? You could be right, Zig. I cannot see into the heart of any man. I can see his actions, but again, my vision is filtered through the lense of the media. I hope you're suppositions are correct, in that he wants an RV. With regard to his reported relationship with Iran, one would think he'd want an RV. Maybe he does, and maybe this is at least one of the reasons the US has re-sent troops to the region?

I don't mean to be a downer, but he really does not want Iraq to move forward...if it does, he'll lose the amount of power he now holds. I'm sure this is not news, sorry for the re-iteration.
  16. **Here's another one, but to echo what everyone else has said on this thread; I doubt he'll be taken down. Deputy for Iraq: political blocs were "desperate" to resolve the crisis The Iraqi coalition MP Ahmad Mohammed Al-Juburi, the despair of the political blocs agreed on a programme to end the crisis, noting that the withdrawal of confidence from Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki needs the agreement of the political blocs. He added that the crisis will continue because of political blocs insisted their demands and the solution comes when clusters to convinced they can get half their demands and renounce the other half for the country. I think we're going to need to get rid of M before we are able to see real forward movement for Iraq and our investment. I also think that these articles may have been allowed to be released because M may want to rouse his supporters in order to determine if he has support for the next election. JMHO.
  18. Well said Uncirculd. I'd like to add: ALL human life is precious, not just American lives, not just Israeli lives...ALL lives. Anytime someone is killed, most of the time, someone mourns them (or the loss of their life is greatly missed), and that soul loses an opportunity to have more time to (possibly) learn and hopefully grow (develop), in order to help better themselves and those they touch. Yes, there are evil people who have done horrible things, but who are we to judge them? With that said, those who serve in the military are blessed, as they strive to serve their country and do (are bound) as their govt bids them. We are very, very fortunate to have them. When a soldier has to kill in the line of duty, I believe, this responsibility falls to our leaders (on a soul level) not the soldier. Okay, bring it on, I'm sure I'm going to get slammed over this comment.
  19. Thanks, Butiful... Well, M didn't want to implement Erbil...what does he expect? We've seen this coming for a while. This combined with the Kurds courting big oil deals, the US stating they're going to be setting up several bases in that region, Maliki's announcement to Talabani that he won't allow Mr. T to hold a NM, and T's press release to M addressing this....I would not be a bit surprised if all the powers involved want either to get rid of M or want the Kurds to secede.
  20. BAGHDAD - follow the Orient: MP who is close to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki Izzat Shabandar, for that Maliki came upon his reflection in the mirror and said, "look who's involved deal Russian arms".
  21. Yota, remember the days when we would have died to have seen an article like this??? Now that we're seeing these types of articles on a regular basis, I think people are perhaps getting numb..."okay, here's yet another article indicating the dinar is going to rise in value....so...what the heck...where is the increase???" I don't know why we keep seeing these, yet no increase...still. I know whenever I see a post from you, that it's going to be an article of value. I thank you GM for all of your persistence, loyalty, generosity, care and time that you show to us all.
  22. I'm no expert, but the recent article from M stating he's in support of the SFA, IMHO, is him trying to make nice with the US (under pressure).....if I were in the upper ranks of the US, I wouldn't want M in charge...he wants too much to aid Iran. If this article is true, maybe he's been pressured to step down?I don't think M is good for anything..including an RV. I know there are those in this investment that have stated M got rid of Shabs because he was holding up the RV, but, we just don't know what M's true intentions are, how he could or has been manipulating the currency (or if), but I think he may have to help Iran. Iraq needs to assign the true value to their currency regardless of who is in office.
  23. The translation issues lend confusion to this, because, just a couple days ago, I read he was pressing for restructuring of their term limit laws, so he could add at least one more term to the maximum allowed for the PM. So, this article could be about that. I haven't found any other articles supporting this one. I'm not sure. Sorry folks.
