Perhaps not by exchanging Dinar for Dinar, but Dinar for Dollars? Pull in as much as you can by buying them back with U.S. Dollars, issuing the Preloaded Credit Cards instead of cash, and since the Dinar will have a greater value, more reason to encourage savings and checking accounts. -
