  1. Bond Lady's numbers don't add up. Say that the auctions are averaging $200,000,000 per day and the CBI makes 13 Dinars per $1.00 (as she states), that equals 2,600,000,000 Dinar divided by an exchange rate of 1166 Dinar per Dollar equals $2,229,846 per day, not $40 million!

  3. The astral appendages I referred to are my arms and legs. I've reached through the floor and felt going through wood, concrete and dirt. I've stretched out my foot and rubbed my toes on the cover of a speaker and the wall. You can extend or stretch them well beyond normal reach. It's weird.
  4. I got pretty deep into this during my college years in the mid-70s. I always had trouble getting my astral eyes to open so I could see, and also with controlling my emotions. Initially, I just felt objects with my astral appendages. On my first floating episode, I felt myself bouncing against the ceiling. When I finally managed to get my vision working, I turned and saw my body lying on the bed below me. I was so excited that I screamed internally "ALRIGHT!!!" and was immediately sucked back into my body and jolted to full consciousness. Eventually, I had several flying episodes, was able to speak to others via super-brain conversations that they were not conscious of, and could communicate with animals, especially dogs, while in the astral state. My concerns over whether these were just dreams were answered one night with I suddenly awoke about 2:30 am. I didn't think much of it at the time, got a drink of water, and went back to sleep. The next day, I met a girl that I'd been dating on and off in the quad cafeteria. She said: "I saw you in my room last night." I asked her what she talking about and she said: "You were standing at the foot of my bed, just staring at me and expressionless. I called out your name and you disappeared." When I asked her what time this was, she told me around 2:30 am. She said I had a ghostly gray aura around me. Now, this girl was a bit psychic. She often told me about premonitions and seeing spirits, so was sensitive to this plane of existence. On a few occasions, she knew when the phone was going to ring, and once, she shuttered physically a split-second before I heard a loud car backfire. At the time, the books I read to learn the OOBE techniques, which I see are still on my library shelf, were: "The Projection of the Astral Body" by Sylvan Muldoon & Hereward Carrington, originally published 1929 (mine is fifth ed. 1974); and, Journeys Out of the Body" by Robert A. Monroe 1971/1973. Perhaps it's time to revisit the Astral Plane. Thanks for your post.
  5. FYI The CBI made the adjustment in the IQD rate from 1170 to 1166 to the dollar on January 17th of this year, which was a TUESDAY!! This certainly reinforces SW FL Guy's assertion that Fridays mean nada.

  7. Health Care Bill Establishes Dhimmitude, Which Exempts Moslem Participation by Granting Them Jurisdiction in the U.S.-Fiction! Summary of the eRumor: This is a forwarded warning that HR-3590 or "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act’’ establishes Dhimmitude or a status of Non-Muslim Minorities Under Islamic Rule and Shri'ah in the United States. The eRumor says this is because Islam forbids followers from purchasing insurance. The Truth: There is a provision for a religious conscience exemption in the HR-3590 health care bill that was signed into law by President Obama but there is no Muslim restriction against the purchase of health insurance. Members of some religious organizations may claim a Religious Conscience Exemption if their sects meet the conditions by having a health care sharing ministry that is exempt from taxation under section 501(a). For more please click here for finding on the HR-3590. Health insurance and life Insurance are two different products. According to the Islam online web site, there are a variety of views of religious restrictions toward life insurance and investing because it is looked upon as gambling but no evidence was found of any restrictions toward Muslims purchasing medical, home owners and automobile policies. Dhimmitude is a term defined as "the Islamic system of governing populations conquered by jihad wars, encompassing all of the demographic, ethnic, and religious aspects of the political system," according to the Dhimmitude.org web site. A real example of the eRumor as it has appeared on the Internet: Word of the Day: Dhimmitude Had never heard the word until now? Type it into Google and start reading… Pretty interesting..... Dhimmitude is the Muslim system of controlling non-muslim populations conquered through jihad. Specifically, it is the TAXING of non-muslims in exchange for tolerating their presence AND as a coercive means of converting conquered remnants to islam. Note that Muslims and certain other religions are exempt from the Obamacare penalties and it is supported by law. We are surrendering from within! The boy is leading us right down the path to total control! The ObamaCare bill is the establishment of Dhimmitude and Sharia muslim diktat in the United States. Muslims are specifically exempted from the government mandate to purchase insurance, and also from the penalty tax for being uninsured. Islam considers insurance to be "gambling", "risk-taking" and "usury" and is thus banned. Muslims are specifically granted exemption based on this. How convenient. So I, a Christian, will have crippling IRS liens placed against all of my assets, including real estate, cattle, and even accounts receivables, and will face hard prison time because I refuse to buy insurance or pay the penalty tax. Meanwhile, Louis Farrakhan will have no such penalty and will have 100% of his health needs paid for by the de facto government insurance. Non-muslims will be paying a tax to subsidize muslims. Period. This is Dhimmitude. Dhimmitude serves two purposes: it enriches the muslim masters AND serves to drive conversions to islam. In this case, the incentive to convert to islam will be taken up by those in the inner-cities as well as the godless Generation X, Y and Z types who have no moral anchor. If you don't believe in Christ to begin with, it is no problem whatsoever to sell Him for 30 pieces of silver. "Sure, I'll be a muslim if it means free health insurance and no taxes. Where do I sign, bro?" I recommend sending this post to your contacts. This is desperately important and people need to know about it - quickly. http://www.truthorfiction.com/rumors/d/dhimmitude.htm
  8. That was cute. A lot better than I thought from the set-up. Nice guitar pickin', too. Certainly worth 2 minutes and 37 seconds out of the day.
  9. I vaguely remembered seeing something like this years ago, so googled it and found the following at: Urban Legends This research originally was done for the Gore/Bush 2000 election. The circulating email since 2000 has morphed into a reference to the 2008 election Obama/McCain ORIGINAL EMAIL (Excerpt): Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota, points out some interesting facts concerning the most recent Presidential election: Population of counties won: by Gore, 127 million; by Bush, 143 million; Square miles of land won: by Gore, 580,000; by Bush, 2,427,000; States won: by Gore, 19; by Bush, 29; Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won: by Gore, 13.2; by Bush, 2.1. Professor Olson adds, "In aggregate, the map of the territory Bush won was (mostly) the land owned by the tax-paying citizens of this great country. Gore's territory encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off government welfare.." Olson believes the U.S. is now somewhere between the "apathy" and the "complacency" phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy; with some 40 percent of the nation's population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase. Analysis: This misleading assemblage of facts and figures was partly true when it first began circulating in 2000 but went over the line to become entirely false when it reappeared in 2008 citing all the same data under the pretext of interpreting that year's election results. Comparing the email's figures to those reported by USA Today and Associated Press, we find most of the claims to be roughly accurate for November 2000: ACTUAL REPORTED STATS Population of counties won by Gore: 133,000,000 Population of counties won by Bush: 148,000,000 Square miles of country won by Gore: 577,029 Square miles of country won by Bush: 2,432,603 States won by Gore: 20 States won by Bush: 30 Number of counties won by Gore: 674 Number of counties won by Bush: 2,439 However, when it comes to the Average Murder Rates per 100,000 in the counties won by Gore vs. those won by Bush, the statistics in the email were either erroneously calculated or fabricated outright. Since the actual figures are available from government sources as raw data only, I'll rely on some number-crunching already done by David Mikkelson of Snopes.com (based on Dept. of Justice data from 1999 and 2000): Average murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by Gore: 6.5 Average murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by Bush: 4.1 There is a difference, as you can plainly see, but the real discrepancy between the murder rates of the two voting blocs is much smaller than the 13.2 per 100,000 for Gore vs. the 2.1 per 100,000 for Bush reported in the email.
  10. I think if this bill were passed, it would have the exact opposite effect that its sponsors proclaim. Just like ObamaCare was supposed to lower health insurance premiums. Ha! How many of us can't afford them anymore? This bill would result in less hirings and more firings of women from the workplance that the country has seen since the end of WWII. Why would an employer take the risk of having a woman on the payroll if they could be so ealisy sued for not granting "equal" pay. The other option would be to fire all the men and keep all the women on at the lower payscale. That's equality for ya!
  11. Definitely one of my favorites! At least until I change my Avatar again...

  14. Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett satisfied Obama was born in United States By Rachel Weiner, Published: May 23 President Obama will be on the ballot in Arizona after all. Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett ®, who earlier this month requested more information from Hawaii on President Obama’s birth certificate, has gotten the confirmation he needed. U.S. President Barack Obama's birth certificate that was released by the White House in Washington April 27, 2011. (REUTERS/The White House/Handout) “Late yesterday, our office received the 'verification in-lieu of certified copy' from officials within the Hawaii Department of Health that we requested in March,” Bennett said in a statement released Wednesday afternoon. “They have officially confirmed that the information in the copy of the Certificate of Live Birth for the President matches the original record in their files.” Bennett also defended his decision to request the additional information, which drew massive national headlines. The secretary of state, who is planning to run for governor in 2014, has repeatedly said that he is not a “birther” who believes Obama was born abroad. He was merely answering the requests of over a thousand Arizonans who wanted Obama’s birth certificate examined. “At the request of numerous constituents, I merely asked Hawaiian officials to verify the information contained within President Obama’s original birth certificate,” he said in the statement. “They have complied with the request and I consider the matter closed.” Maricopa County (Ariz.) Sheriff Joe Arpaio is one of the most prominent national figures questioning Obama’s birth origins. A bill requiring presidential candidates to provide proof of citizenship in Arizona was vetoed last year by Gov. Jan Brewer ®, who said the measure “creates significant new problems while failing to do anything constructive for Arizona.” On Tuesday, Bennett told a local radio station that he “didn’t do this for attention” and that “if I embarrassed the state, I apologize.” But, he added: “What is so sacred or untouchable about this question that you can’t even ask the question?” © The Washington Post Company My link

  18. Robinson Crusoe on Mars (1964) left a lasting impression on me as a kid because it had such cool space ships. No comparrison to other late 50's and 60's science fiction films, except, perhaps for War of the Worlds... The film became a staple of Saturday morning matinees in the late 60's, since it featured Adam West in a supporting role before he became "famous" in the Batman TV series 1966-68.

  21. I was reading his rate prediction and I just don't understand how the math works: Quote Let’s say there is a billion USD worth of Dinar out there right now, or 1 trillion IQD. The CBI pays $2.25 for every $3 worth of Dinar, then resells it the next day for $3. That’s a profit of $75 billion just on the spread. Not bad, right? The problem is it cost them 225 billion to do that… and that 225 billion goes right into the “debt” column. 1 trillion IQD at 3 USD per dinar (minus 25% spread) is 2.25 trillion, not 225 billion. Adam has intimated for awhile that the RV would fall in the 10 - 30 Cents range. His example in the SPREAD works if he had in mind the RV figure of $0.30 per Dinar x 1 trillion = $300 billion, which are bought by the CBI for $225B (Bid price) and resold for $300B (Ask price), thus making the $75B profit on the SPREAD, but still having the problem of carrying the debt until all those Dinars are eventually resold at $0.30 or higher. So, even at a $0.30 RV, Iraq cannot support an RV on it's own, especially when you begin to factor in multiple trillions of Dinar to retire. Help is required from the world-wide government / financial community to pull this off, and who knows how much of this aparatus is in place and ready to pull the trigger? Your observation that it would cost the CBI $2.25 Trillion to RV only 1 trillion Dinar at $3 (assuming the 25% spread) is a fairly convincing reason why an RV at the higher range of expectations is not in the cards. The money is not there to do it. A $3+ price level of the New Dinar would be too high to attrack any meaningful buying activity to offset redemptions. In essence, virtually all dinar holders would be sellers, and the price could not be sustained, dispite the fractional banking theories...
  22. The unwritten rule is a new guy's life isn't worth as much 'cause he hasn't put his time in yet. And they say if you're going to get killed in the 'Nam, it's better to get it in the first few weeks, the logic being, you don't suffer that much. 23. Oops, sorry 'bout that! But, it's nothing you haven't espoused here before, Adam. Thanks for all you do. This doesn't get you off the hook -- we'd still like to read your thesis! Glenzo.
  24. I think the initial rate will be 10 cents, and here’s why: 1) Logistically, it makes sense. Even at a dime, they will still need to issue some fills to make change. At a dime, they’d only need a 100 fill and 500 fill coin – equivalent to our penny and nickel. 2) The math is easy. While still converting to dollars, it’ll be easy to do the math for the average Iraqi – just move over one decimal point. 3) Greater chance for CBI (Iraq) to make money. An RV at a dime will still result in trillions of dinar being cashed-in for billions of dollars right away. Assuming Iraq issues a mandate that dollars no longer can used for commerce in-country, then Iraqis and merchants holding dollars will have to cash-out for Dinar at a dime, greatly alleviating the pressure on the CBI to cover the cash-ins. Furthermore, to the extent the CBI exchanges more Dinar for dollars, they’ll make the same 100-fold return on investment as we will. 4) More money made on further Dinar appreciation. After the dust settles from the initial RV, market forces and further speculations will hopefully push the Dinar much higher. The CBI would then be exchanging out its stockpile if Dinar bought at a dime (or lower in auctions) for additional gains. 5) RV at a dime is good for all. Despite all the glorious guru predictions and the hopes and dreams of others who have posted here, how can one not be satisfied with a 10,000% (100-fold) profit? A dime RV gives speculators a phenomenal immediate return, while providing Iraq and late-comers the continuing ability to make further gains while supporting the new Iraqi currency at the same time.
