How easily some forget...This is from Steve in early 2011. I just received a confirmation that the three positions have in fact been named and seated but not formally announced. This is very positive that I now have one more box checked off the list. I am working on the HCL Law a/k/a "Oil and Gas Law" to be signed next. This confirms now from several sources that we are in deed on track and moving in the right direction and the days are now numbered. I am so glad to finally say that we are days away vs. weeks away. I also received several more very powerful facts that I cannot share the source or details, but did put a huge smile on my face. Please trust me as I am not making this up. I am expecting a few more calls today and will post if I can to bring you the latest in the journey and historic event. I was asked to also add my bullet points for review. Steve ********************************************************* Where we are today: • 2011 Budget done and approved by parliament. • Dr. Shabibi announced a new rate of $3.10 to $3.20 during the ceremony several weeks ago. • Dr. Shabibi unveiled the new lower dominations of currency that will be replacing the existing currency with the three zeros. • 13 US treasury members still in Iraq working at the Ministry of Finance. • 13 US treasury members will remain in Iraq until the revaluation has been completed and cashing out is done. • Maliki announced on Iraqi TV that the Dinar will change in value to over $3.00. • All citizens by now know that their currency will change to over $3.00. • Now England has finance staff working alongside US treasury staff at the MOF. • MOF is waiting on the final go ahead and assured Parliament that it can have the “new money” in all necessary locations within 24-48 hours from activation. • Iraq is revaluating their currency on Israel TV which was huge news. • The 3 remaining positions have been picked and waiting to be announced. • HCL law which is called the “oil and gas law” has been approved and now waiting for signatures to go into effect. • Citizens in northern Iraq – Kirkuk area are getting restless. • Every one of our contacts are now thinks within days and not weeks. • Several days ago Parliament asked Maliki to return in 2 days to answer questions. He did to that and it went into very late night hours. • I personal feel that next week would be a great window of opportunity but very confident that it will have taken place before the end of the month or the demonstrations will get totally out of control and chaos will break out and perhaps destroy all progress to date.

Are there any updates to this list? Primarily looking in the East Texas Area.

I don't believe there has ever been a plan to RV. The RV is a fictionalized event pumped by some very creative marketers. I will still hold on to mine "just in case" - but I think we are waiting for nothing.

I remember this Ocrush guy from over at PD. He was just another forum hound, then he became a moderator, then I quit chasing the RV, and now all of a sudden he's the's got some super secret intel sources that provide information that just so happens to backup Stevie's intel. If you ask me all of this Ocrush, Wife in the No, and Stevie stuff sounds awfully similar. I think they're all the same person - that goes for that Nurse too. We are aware of many things that we have not shared, and when I say done, I mean the major obstacles have been removed to allow the final process to take place. As you are all aware by now, Chapter VII is no longer an obstacle, the voting of the budget is no longer an obstacle. Yes a few final laws that have been in the works for some time will be completed. These are not new laws that just came up, but rather existing ones to wrap things up. The budget is now in the hands of their legal ministry court or department to formally publish it. (Sorry, Ocrush told me the official department but I forget) I had a very nice and long conversation with Ocrush and Ray last night to compare notes and we are all on the very same page and in the sentence. I have been the one that had more doubt than these two, but after a detailed talk last night, we really are there. I am not going to predict a date now but I will share what the three of us think and feel. We all think April 1st is a very good date for this to happen because of the many underlying factors. Ocrush said the budget will get posted in the Gazette by the 31st. The reason for this date is e it is under their constitution and law to due so. (Again, he told the exact law but I forgot) They are going to follow the constitution perfectly at this point in time. There have been no amendments to allow for any additional delays. He also informed me that the Kurds have signed off on all issues and have no objections and have agreed to everything. It was Allawi's people whom did not show up at the last meeting causing it to be delayed. So guy, it is now totally in Maliki's hands. If anything now goes wrong, the Kurds can say "it was not us" and the blame goes directly towards the Prime Minister Maliki. Very smart move on their part if you ask me. We also know that the parliament is keeping their session open which means they can meet at any giving time to vote on the remaining few laws. Ocrush explained it to me that the Council of Ministers will have the approval(s) of all final laws for parliament in time to vote on Monday April 1st.. I have been told that they are all on board. I believe you will see a formal announcement next week regarding the lifting of Chapter VII. As you can see by the news, a major amount of work has been completed and not much to finish. So from what we are aware of that we have not shared with you, is that it is done. Ocrush confirmed the new wages April 1st so that is also reassuring that we are still on track. Can things change? Heck yes. Will they change? Probably not. The entire economic stability of Iraq is riding on finishing these last little details. I am not worried or concerned one bit. I can now finally sit back and watch it surface and be completed and watch history in the making. For me, there is no more work for me to do regarding posting as my last posts have already been done which includes this one. You can safely say this is my last and final post. The chasing is truly finally over. I think we finally caught it. I hope you all have a nice and safe Easter and quit worrying about this investment because this nothing to worry about any longer. Because this Friday and I will be spending the entire weekend with family and friends, you can consider this my last post and comment. Good ole Steve gets 'em all worked up over there and then starts crawfishing. His latest " Anytime between now and the 8th. I'm not an an Asian Currency investor, but I'm pretty sure that's Dong, not Dinar. It's worth very little.
